UnHotel

We stayed at the UnHotel for 4 weeks. It was beautifully appointed (big screen TV, fancy kitchen) but there were 2 major problems which the landlord did nothing about. (1) lousy internet service. I was working there and needed it. Landlord said it was fine and must be my machine. All other guests had same problem. I had to use the (lovely) Caviar & Bananas (internet café). (2) several units were under construction, generating tons of fine dust from sanding. The halls were not cleaned thruout construction even though all guests were begging for it. Result is the apartments got filthy. AM OK with the construction. NOT OK on never cleaning up after. Problem we have is not that there were problems. Problem we have is Landlord never addressed these problems despite repeated requests from all guests in the place. Too bad — great location, lousy service.
