The worst Taco Bell ever, held hostage in drive thru for 20 minutes! Employees could care less! Bad attitudes, worse food. The owner should be ashamed!!! The employees are worthless employees and and more worthless human beings!

This isnt really fast food. I love taco bel but this was the slowest Taco Bell I have ever visited. There were at least five people that I could see that were working there and only two other patrons inside the establishment yeah it took more than seven minutes to make one taco.

This place has the worst service of any fast food restaurant in Charleston. Skip it and go somewhere else. It’s consistently horrible, the staff is rude and they have never managed to get any of my orders right.

I’ve only been to this location once and I’m not sure I’d go back. We went in for breakfast and there were only a few customers between the drive thru and dining room. Yet despite the slow morning, our food took forever! They must not get much business because the ladies working kept loudly complaining about all the guests and how busy it was. After 20 minutes, we got our breakfast tacos and left. The food was fine, but the wait and attitudes are enough to keep us away in the future.

What can I say about Taco Bell that hasn’t already been said about… Taco Bell? This location is newer, and the staff is always friendly, although the food service can sometimes be a little slow. But maybe I think that because any time I go to Taco Bell I am either drunk, hangry, or drunk and hangry.
Most of the time I go through the drive-​thru at this particular Taco Bell (probably not something I should mention after spilling the beans in the previous paragraph), and they haven’t screwed up an order as far as I can remember. I probably only come once every 3 – 4 months, but every time I do/don’t regret it. You know what I’m talking about…

I have to say that this TB is probably one of the cleanest, friendliest on of them all. I’m not a big fast food person, but on the run, sometimes I have to. The food seems made to order and not something that has been under a light for three hours. This was quite a pleasant stop.
