The Salt Marsh Properties team is the dream team in Charleston to work with. We bought our home with Lynne, who was communicative, helpful, insightful, graceful, and dedicated to find our perfect home. We worked with Joseph to sell our home and he was strategic, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative during the entire process. Both Joseph and Lynne advocated on our behalf during the entire process, looking out for our best interests the entire time.

We moved back to SC from TN while I was pregnant and my husband was working 12 hour days at his new job. I was tired and scared to death to pick a permanent home for our new family by myself. Lynne took me under her wing and made sure I saw absolutely every home i was interested in. Her honesty and extensive market knowledge led us to the perfect home. 3 years later, we could sell it for much more than we bought it, but it is the perfect fit. Joseph met us numerous times at various homes to provide input. This team is amazing and so much fun to work with. If we ever decide to move again, they’ll be the first to know!

My partner and I worked with the entire Salt Marsh Properties team during our home buying and selling process. We bought a home with Lynne and could not have been happier with the service and dedication that she had for helping is find our first home. We had a very tight deadline to work with because are lease was ending and Lynne got the job done. If I remember correctly we were able to close within 15 days! A year later we had to sell our home because we were relocating for school/​work and worked with Joseph to do this and were very pleased. He came to our home for the consultation and helped us make our home appeal to buyers. He also had a professional photographer come out and take the photos of our home which makes a huge difference compared to other agents who try and take their own photos. On top of all of this Salt Marsh Properties has a great office manager who is very easy to get in contact with and get questions answered. When questions pop up we never had to wait longer than a day to get a detailed response or phone call.
