My experience with them started out OK. While at times the agent was pre-​occupied, other times he would stay up late working on contracts. We were looking to invest $ 300K and decided to pull back to $ 100K. That’s when the attention decreased. I told the agen that I would be decreasing the investment, I asked him if he wanted out. He said «no.» However, then he pretty much stopped «showing up» in the way he had in the beginning. This lack of diligence caused us to miss out on some opportunities. He even told us at one point that he had been so unreliable because he had so many closings and had to do his due diligence with them. This bothered me because as I mentioned, his lack of diligence with us had caused us to be unable to secure an investment property. At first my issues was strictly with the agent. Then I reached out to the broker in charge of this KW office to let her know that one of her agents wasn’t living up to the KW ratings… I heard nothing back! No apology from either one of them!
