Food is okay, service is shit. Rude people work here. It wasn’t always this way. It was once really good.

Over the past two years, the quality has gown down. Now they no longer cook the hibachi to order. I got the steak and chicken and they scooped it out of hot trays. The chicken was tough. Steak flavorless. Last time I go here :(

I often get to-go at Kobe Grill. I usually order the filet mignon, which comes with fried rice and vegetables. It’s a lot of food! I always have a hard time eating it all. Great place for to-go meals. I recommend calling about 10 – 15 minutes before pick-up.

Food was edible. Staff seemed seemed impatient with my min 30 secs of looking back at the menu. No tray used and the table was very dirty with grease from other people’s food.

Omg if I could give no stars I would! The tables were extra greasy, the food was awful!!! The white sauce was watered down, the customer service was horrible! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, no matter how hungry you are! Ugh

Rudest customer service and they could have poisoned my child. He is extremely allergic to mushrooms. We’ve tried the place 3 times now. First time I checked the box and they had to remake it without the mushrooms. Second time, same thing. Third time, I left and came back to pick it up. I asked again to make sure there were no mushrooms. They carried it to the back to check. Got home, found two mushrooms so apparently they attempted to pick them out. Severely dangerous for children. My son would have been in ER. Took it back. They refused to do anything and offered 10% off if we wanted something else. Ummmm. No thanks! Girl up front is extremely rude, but the owner was the one who refused to correct his mistake.

I went back with a craving for the yakisoba noodles, but I was disappointed to find that it didn’t taste at all like my previous visit. It was dry and flavorless. Inconsistency is what I walked away with this time. I will likely still come back since I like their fast-food Japanese model, but I will have to try something different.

I am still wondering why this place is called Japanese grill? I could not put it in any category. We ordered miso soup, vegetable tempura and hibachi steak. The soup was pretty much water with undetermined color. No taste and no aroma at all. The hibachi steak was kind of passable. But the the tempura was the real surprise. We got a piece of broccoli, couple of onion peels and a piece of cauliflower, over fried in some strange mix and smelling of burned oil. Very disappointing.

Very good and reasonably priced. I came here on a Saturday right at lunch and got a couple of Sushi rolls, as others have indicated all less than 5 dollars a piece! I also got the Miso Soup. Overall decent food at a good price. Nice and quiet atmosphere. I give them 4⁄5.

This is the best fast Japanese food. It’s cheap but good. Super kid friendly. It’s pay-at-the-counter, and then they bring it out to your table; self serve drinks. They have Hibachi & Teriyaki options, sushi, and occasionally Chinese options. The sushi is pretty good, and really cheap(less than $ 5 per roll). This place isn’t going to win any gourmet awards, but it’s easy, good, clean, cheap, and the employees couldn’t be nicer.
