Went in to buy a wallet I’d been eyeing online, but wasn’t approached once. Definitely unfriendly snooty employees; I purchased it offline instead.

Have a couple of thousand dollars to spend then stop by and enjoy. As others have said the store is rather small and the selections leaves something more to be desired. Overall I found what I was looking for at a decent price and will be back in the future for other items they have. The sales associate was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

It’s OK — the women’s selection is all right I guess (I don’t pay much attention) but then men’s collection is small. A few bags, a handful of accessories, moderate selection of shoes. I take a quick peek when I pass through Charleston Place but have never found anything worth buying yet.

It is such a tiny, tiny, tiny store. Their selections are rather limited, and the sales associates are so haughty. Did I see them run towards me once I grabbed my Gucci sunglasses to exit the store? Oh, now you want to help me when I am leaving?

Nice selection of gucci products, I like this store more than the ATL store because of the outside/​natural lighting. Sad, right? I can’t think of any gucci store that is bright (naturally). I think it’s because of their leather products.
I had a black wallet in mind when I went into the store. I saw it online, I liked the price point of the wallet i had in mind. I saw their selection of their wallets and I was really happy to see the difference. I ended up with a totally different wallet, few more bucks.
I hate snobby sales associates, and I would shop here again.

If you like Gucci, what better place to go than a Gucci store? Their shoe selection is larger than the Gucci collection in Neiman Marcus, Bob Ellis, etc. Friendly courteous staff. Very nice leather goods, sunglasses, belts.
Yes you can find online sales for Gucci merchandise, but not the selection, especially the latest items. This is not Zappos. Open up your wallet, mourn if you wish as you pay, or put them back on the shelf.
