Godiva Chocolate

Super nice staff and delicious chocolates! we received a free sample of ice cream when we walked in which caused us to buy both ice cream and truffles– both were well worth it!

LOVE THIS PLACE! The ladies working in here are so polite and helpful and of course the chocolate truffles and chocolate covered strawberries are to die for. I can’t go to charleston without stopping in here!

Godiva and Weight Watchers are not exactly compatible, however, I could not walk past the beautiful Chocolatier in Charleston Place without checking out the goods inside.
As a rewards member, I was hoping to get my free piece of chocolate (to take home to my hub… lol). You can imagine my disappointment when the Associate told me that this particular loyalty program was discontinued.
She did make my day when she said that since this is my birthday month, there’s a coupon waiting for me … spend $ 10.00 before tax and get $ 10.00 off. That’s right… Free. We realized that I hadn’t received the offer as the email address of record was inactive. We updated to gmail and I’m back in the saddle.
I don’t want the chocolate to melt as I still haven’t hit the stores on King… so, i’ ll be back… the offer is valid until the end of September. Is this sweet or what?

I’m a long time Godiva lover and customer. I’ve never had a bad experience in any boutique. However, Every time I go in here, I am blown away by the customer service that I receive. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and I think Rebecca is second to none. I admit to buying Godiva in Target. But go to the boutiques For their unique seasonal pieces, And their fresh fruit. They have recently added the shakes and were offering free samples last time I was in the store– they’re delicious. Be sure to try one.
Join the Godiva rewards program! They take care of loyal customers. Also, check out the sale section. That pricey Santa or Bunny is much cheaper and still delicious after the holiday!
A great perk that this store offers is calling ahead. I can call ahead and place my order, pay for it and They will have it ready and waiting when you arrive. During cooler months they’re happy to ship to you as well. The store seems less busy early in the morning before lunch. If you want to continue to shop in Charleston but not haul your candy around with you they will hold it for you in the back until you are finished.
Again, great brand, great staff!
