I have been getting immunotherapy for my seasonal allergies for over a year and could not be more thrilled! Usually before spring even thinks about happening I’m taking allergy pills and benadryl constantly. For the first time ever, I’m able to be outside with my husband is cutting grass. I’m not having to hide indoors for months. The nurses that give the shots are GREAT! They’re always friendly and prompt. Also, they use a different needle to pull from the serum than they do for the injection, which helps with skin contamination, so you don’t itch as much later. The front desk staff is amazing. Lana knows every single person by name. Its so nice to be greeted and treated like you’re friends instead of patients. I’ve only seen the doctors themselves twice(once for the initial consultation, and once for a checkup), which honestly is great for keeping costs down. I’m trying to talk everyone I know into getting allergy immunotherapy. Probably one of the best health decisions I’ve made!
