I would like to take just a few moments to let everyone know that Jera at Mitchells Hair salon did a wonderful job on my hair. The cut is always perfect and the color is right on target. People always stop me to compliment my hair. Now even more with my bangs being blue. I LOVE THE BLUE !

Now that this location has changed to «renting» booths it seems a bit less professional. The hairstylists look like they are in competition with each other, and there is a disjointed atmosphere. The Mitchell’s in the South Point Mall does not have this atmosphere, so I know professionalism is possible for this name brand. It seems to portray an opposite atmosphere of the excellence seen in their next door neighbor store — Southern Season. I went back for another haircut, and my daughter and I felt like we had gone to a 15.00 hair place. Actually, I could have gotten a better haircut at a sports clips! I’m asking that my 70.00 be returned today. When I asked, they only gave me back 15.00. I will have to go to another salon to «fix» the layers.

Worst haircut I’ve had in the last 4 years. A chunk of my hair was missing and it was unevenly layered throughout. I had to go to another salon to get it corrected, too. I definitely would not recommend this salon.
