Wendy’s

The food was good but the service was lacking.
The poor kid behind the register was all by his lonesome and had no help. It felt like that had a minimal crew, during the lunch hour crunch.

I wish there was something lower than one star. There was no line at the counter and this was during lunch time. I should of taken the hint, but I walked up to the counter. No one came to help me, so I made eye contact three times and still nothing. After about five minutes I gave up and walked out. I still can’t figure out how the very few people inside eating actually got their food.

Make sure you check your order before you leave the parking lot! We were charged for a drink we did not receive. And the night staff miscounted an order of 20piece nuggets. Received 17regular and 2 extra hard and dry spicy. Ordered a ¼ Burger and said No pickles. Receipt also specified No pickles. Came home and there was pickles. thanks

Haven’t eaten Wendy’s in years but parents wanted to stop there. Food was worse than most Wendy’s I remember. My sandwich had a stale and crusty bun… Cheese wasn’t melted… Cold bacon… Soggy cold fries… Drink was warm… Yuck…

I don’t usually review fast food chains, but this seriously was a terrible experience. The manager was the only one working the counter. he would take an order, and would wait until that order was completed and given to the customer to take the next one, which made for a very long wait. He was very slow and unfriendly. Once we got our order and sat down, we noticed that the burgers had the wrong wrappings/​label on them. not the biggest deal, but the burgers themselves were a mess and were so sloppily made.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a non-​spicy one. and when I got down to the last quarter of it, I noticed the chicken was pink!!! I don’t think I ate any of the pink parts (thank goodness) but I was seriously grossed out.
If I hadn’t been in such a hurry, I would have complained (a whole lot) to the manager, but I was in a rush. As it is, AVOID this place at all costs. Terrible customer service and terrible food.

Went to drive through. Grilled Chicken rubbery and slimy. Drinks had ice to the top.

I agree with the other reviewers so I won’t rehash. A couple times they’ve messed up orders, it is pretty old but I don’t mind that at all. The staff seems pretty busy but I’ve never experienced rudeness — just needs work on the accuracy. If you need Wendy’s, keep on driving up ‘Fiddy to Avian Parkway.

I was starving… and I saw Wendy’s. Customer service was the kind where the manager was too busy counting money to talk to me, and after taking my order and handing my change (a stack of 20s from the drawer still in his hand), he simply waved his finger at me to move out of the way for the next customer. He spoke no words at all. I was not impressed. The food wasn’t any better.
I don’t frequent fast food establishments, for good reasons. The fries were not as good as I recall, and the Asiago Chicken Ranch Club was bleh. My 9 yr old liked it, though, and she ate it all, so at least it wasn’t a complete waste.
Note to self: Skip the fast food. No exceptions.

Dirty and old, avoid this Wendy’s, or do what I did when I worked near here — only go through the drive-​thru.
