Our front-​loading LG washer door burst open and flooded our kitchen. I called Koam Home Appliance Service Corp after finding their business through the LG service guide online.
I was calling after hours (5:05pm on Friday) and was in the middle of leaving a message when Gina picked up. She got my details and said that two technicians would be over within the hour. They arrived promptly, wrestled the stacked dryer off of the top of the washer, replaced the washer valve, reinforced the dryer exhaust line, and tested the washer to make sure it was fixed before putting everything back the way it was when they started.
The service we received from this business was the best thing that happened on a chaotic and difficult day. We’re grateful and will call them immediately the next time we have an issue with any LG or Samsung appliance.

My LG Washer/​dryer combo machine in my rental unit developed a leak. I tried to fix the issue but kcouldn’t locate the source of the leak. I called Koam after finding their contract info on LG’s website. Office manager was very pleasant to deal with and although my location (Alexandria) was outside their service location, they made an exception. The technician showed on time and quickly fixed the leak. I’m sure if they were not reputable they could’ve charged for various parts, but they charged only for the labor that was mentioned when the appointment was made.

We have an LG dryer that was making a ridiculously loud noise when it spins (like sneakers in the dryer — but it’s empty!). We called another LG authorized technician but they never returned our call. We called Koam second because they were further away from us (we live in Arlington). First, someone answered the phone — unheard of for appliance repair. Gina was very nice and worked to help me out. Technically we are outside their service area but they were able to make an exception and they could come TODAY. Yes, TODAY. Called at 10:30 and they were at our house at 1:15 p.m. Seriously?! They charge a flat fee of $ 199 (cash or check only) for ALL labor (even if they have to make a return trip). He fixed my problem in 45 minutes so it was a bit pricey but no parts necessary — a rogue sock got caught in the lint filter. Total win. They also give a 4 month warranty on additional labor so if the problem isn’t solved, you don’t have to worry. Thanks Koam!

Same day service. I called them at 10 am, technician arrived at 2 pm. Technician was courteous and clean. He even removed his shoes before entering the home. They charged reasonably for parts & labor to fix my washer drain issue. So far so good. I would recommend giving them a try.
