Food is cold. Spoke to manager several times and they still did not replace cold food. We waited for over 2 hours and the food was not replaced. He gave us a 20% discount. I told him this is crazy. How can you charge us for food we did not eat? He said too bad and called the police. I happily awaited the police to arrive so they can see what an asshole this guy is!!!

Nice aesthetic restaurant, very clean but we had a few problems that made it a no-go. The food was relatively good. It didn’t blow me away but it wasn’t bad. However, my plate of food was quite cold after pulling it straight off the buffet. I think their burners are not kept hot enough to warm all the food. The coldness made it less appetizing. I was excited to try the hot and sour soup but when I sat down, I noted that it had an awful smell. It wasn’t something I had ever experienced in a hot and sour before. I didn’t eat it but my partner did. Shortly after, she was sick. I’m not sure it was the soup but something definitely made her sick. We had different entrees, so I’m not able to narrow it down. We also went on a holiday(MLKJR Day) and were upcharged $ 12.99 from the usual $ 10, which we were notified about before but expected a better buffet for it being a «holiday special». All in all, it was half decent and I would have considered returning if in the mood for that kind of food until my partner got sick. Now I won’t chance it.

Lunch buffet at $ 10 weekday is great. Well worth it. This place is 4 stars but I put 5 to raise the rating which I think is unfairly low. It’s solid at that price. Seafood selection is good. Sushi is so so but hey it’s buffet sushi.

Good place for the price, decent selection and friendly staff. While they offer fancier items(crabs, etc.) It’s hard to come by because of other customers hogging them, but you can’t fault the business on that.

Make sure you ask them to not add the tip on the final bill!!! They will add tip without telling you so you may end up double tipping. So unethical.

The food is alright. Nice variety and quality is decent. The service is okay a little gruff but all they do is fill your drinks. It’s a buffet. The price is reasonable. If you have a company of big eaters this might be the place for you. The restaurant is certainly roomy enough and looks fairly clean. I would certainly go back!

This place is literally the quantity versus quality selection where there are a ton of food options but the quality is only so-so. That being said my parents and kids like to eat it whenever they can. I just prefer quality over quantity though. The ice cream cups they have is a nice touch though.

Can’t say I’m a fan of this place, even though their selection is huge, I always wind up having a stomach ache after, and I don’t overeat while there. Just not the best quality of food. There are far better buffets in NoVA, ones that have higher quality food and offerings, though the selection might not be as large.

I used to go to this resturant every week, i liked their sushi and the other stuff were sometimes fair and some times less than fair. However, lately when ever i go there all the food taste the same(the fries taste like fish, the rolls are the same) hint: because they use the same oil for everything. Last week i went there to eat and their sushi was tasting weird, and while i was eating a person vame and vomited everywhere in the middle of the resturant, that was so disgusting and it was a point of no return for me to that resturant, unless major change happens

This is the best Buffet as well as Sushi bar in the area. The décor is really well coordinated with various materials of granite, wood and lighting. I prefer this over any other in DC Metro.

Satisfying buffet place. Lots of food selections and really liked their ribs and sausage. Star of the buffet was their steamed blue crabs. Small in size but packed with meat. Some were way too mushy but others were just great. Make sure to grab them when they first come out. Disappears quite fast. Skip the oysters. Didn’t have their sushi either. I stuck with their cooked foods and was satisfied. The buffet does have a lot of fried foods but surprisingly more non fried food items(steamed clams, ribs, sausage, clams, veggies, pork dumplings, etc.). $ 16.95 per person for weekend dinners. Great price.

It makes me sad to write this review because this used to be my favorite sushi place. However, since they’ve opened, their quality has gone down so much. I came here for lunch on Labor Day with my family and was let down with how poorly made the sushi rice was. The lunch price was more than usual since it was Labor Day, and I totally wouldn’t mind the higher price… if only their quality had matched up to it.

Price + food selection is what made me give it a 4 star. The food itself is average Asian food for the most part. However, their lunch buffet costs only $ 10 and they have a very long buffet line of items ranging from sushi to general tso chicken to coconut shrimp to baked salmon. Probably close to 20 items on their hot buffet. They also have 4 – 5 salads and several fresh fruits on a cold buffet. This place is a great value for the money.

I usually don’t go to buffet restaurants. I’m more of a quality over quantity. But this place is decent. A lot of people go so the food is usually fresh and they make sure to fill up the trays with fresh dishes. However, their sushi bar is sometimes hit or miss. And it really depends on which day and time you go. I guess it’s safe to say that they do usually have pretty decent sushi and rolls. Most of their food is good, not overly salty like some buffet restaurants and a lot of different dishes to choose from. Of course their lunch and dinner menu is slightly different. They’ll have crabs sometimes or other meat dishes. Or cooked fish. They also have 4 – 6 different soups. Fruits and dessert bars are ok. Like any buffet restaurants services here is same. They come clean up/take your empty used plates. Bring or refill water/drinks. If you like going to buffet, this is a decent place and its big inside so it’s great for big groups.

I’m a regular here; this buffet is very conveniently located, and is one of the better buffets around, but still not as good as some you might find in other places :( I was a little upset today to see that the seafood has not been cleaned very well, and I had a very unpleasant experience of biting down on a small piece of rock/sand while eating a shellfish and had to spit out the whole thing. Also, the steamed crab was not cleaned before steaming, and it was very apparent that it was not clean enough to eat comfortably. The crab was also male, which doesn’t have much meat and doesn’t taste as good as the female crabs. The sushi section was only a little better. The roll that includes salmon and avocado was flavored very nicely, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the nigiri sushi: very dry and unflavored. Other selections and the teriyaki grill bar was slightly above average. The restaurant itself is very clean and tidy, though :) The staff could be a little more friendly, but they do their job very well. One last thing: I’m very disappointed that over time, the quality of the food had declined, while the price has steadily increased. Overall, this place is good for casual buffet dinners once in a while, but I definitely wouldn’t greatly recommend.

So I’ve been here quite a few times and for an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet, this place is probably one of the more decent ones in the area. Does it have the best food ever? Certainly not. But here you’re paying for the quantity of food, rather than the quality. I’d skip their mediocre salad/soup bar and head straight for the hot food. There’s loads of of typical Chinese buffet choices, some good, some not so good. Crawfish is especially popular here, and I’ve seen people line up at the buffet just for that. If you’re still hungry and would rather go for their namesake, they do have a small hibachi area where a chef grills various dishes in front of you. It’s not bad, but again this place is primarily a Chinese buffet so you won’t get the quality you’d expect from a traditional Japanese hibachi restaurant. They also have a decent selection of sushi that isn’t the best and most fresh, but for all-you-can-eat sushi you definitely get your money’s worth. As for the desserts, I’d say the highlight is their banana pudding, but even that has an artificial aftertaste. They even have ice cream in styrofoam cups that weirdly reminds me of elementary school cafeterias. But if you’d rather go for the healthier option(really? at a buffet?), they do have plenty of fresh fruit. The dining area is large and roomy with nice décor, and even on their busiest nights the staff manage to keep the entire restaurant clean, including the surprisingly nice bathrooms. While I’d much rather eat elsewhere, there’s plenty of choices here to satisfy just about anyone who values quantity over quality.

If you are in the Chantilly area, this is not too shabby of a place dive into varieties of foods such as Chinese, Mongolian, Japanese, some American food items like ribs, ham, sea foods, so on… in buffet style. Foods are good to curb your craving and when leave many pounds heaver ;-) There are plenty of seats so almost no waiting and can accommodate large parties. A suggestion to restaurant owner, customers would desire more if the place brighten up a bit with better lighting and replace carpet with tile flooring in dinning areas. Also in the near future let’s hope, love to see this restaurant adds noodle soup or hotpot bar will definitely a hit during cold season. Bön appetite!!!

Decent food selection for an Chinese/Asian buffet place. It has a wide selection of Chinese food, stir fry station, dessert, sushi, steamed crabs, oyster and cutting station for prime ribs. Compared to your typical Asian buffet place, this place is good in terms of the taste for the food that they serve. It’s prepped well, you can tell that it was cooked in small batches and the consistency of flavor is there. Some buffet places like to cook it in batches and just keep the food out for the entire day which makes the food dry and tasteless. Try the following when you are here. Steamed sea bass with ginger, crab cakes(they actually have a decent filling of crab meat and not just bread crumbs), scallops with mayo sauce, stir fried conch(for the adventurous, this was really yummy) and clams. Stay away from the oysters. Something didn’t smell right the last few times that I’ve been there. It wasn’t wash properly as there was still a lot of sand on it. The one thing that make this place a little less desirable is the patron itself. It’s really sad but people forget that it’s a buffet. You can always come back for more. There’s no reason to empty the entire tray of food into your plate. Yes I know you love oysters but you do not need 20 of them in one seating. Food was replenish fairly often so if you find something emptied on your first round, it will almost always be filled by the time you return. Service is generally okay, nothing to write home about. The waitress are usually prompt to clean out your used dishes.

Almost perfect! I’m on vacation few days in DC, After visiting the Air & Space Museum Unilocal show this place in the near me list. It’s a Clean and Big place. It’s in a Shooping Center so there’s a lot of parking. I visited many All You Can Buffets and this is what I expect and MUCHMORE. Soups, deserts, meats, fish, Seafood, lowmein(noodles) and even SUSHI. Why almost? Because temperature of food is not as hot like some people prefer. But I think that’s a general buffet problem. If You like buffets, you HAVETOGO, if you like chinese food, you HAVETOGO. I upload some photos so you can have an idea.
