I always have a good experience when eating at this location. Tonight I asked about the new superfood side because I wasn’t sure. The cashier offered to get a sample for me before making a decision. She was very kind and didn’t seem to mind going back and forth to have it made and check if I wanted nuts or not. The new side was very tasty! I’m glad this item has been added to the menu. The dressing over the kale and broccolini made it easy to eat the raw veggies. I’ll be back and having the superfood side again!

Great spicy chicken sandwich. Good lemon saw made in house and a nice selection of sauces to choose from.

By far the best Chick-​fil-​A in the area. The restaurant is clean. The employees and management are kind and responsive.
How can you go wrong with Chick-​fil-​A? Ordering food is quick and painless. Food is served fresh and quick even on busy days.
Chick-​fil-​A sandwich and nuggets are bomb. Generous giving out any sauces that you need and able to get refills on drinks fast.
I never hesitate to come back to Chick-​fil-​A to satisfy my cravings.

Chick-​fil-​A is A-​OK. My family and I love to eat there and go there all the time. It’s a pretty common chain, so I tend not to write much in my reviews about these places unless there is something truly noteworthy (good or bad).

Chick-​fil-​A is awesome! I love their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries! The cookies and cream milkshakes are awesome! My only complaint is that they aren’t open on Sundays! But I respect why they aren’t.

Drive thru line is usually long and moves at a moderate pace. They’re always very polite when interacting with customers both inside and at the drive thru. Convenient location right off Rte 28 and right near the Dulles Expo Center but the area gets very congested.

I love chick fil A. But this female owner refused to toast a bun with a slice of cheese. Only time I’ve ever been refused a grilled cheese. Everyone else was nice but this is the worst owner I’ve ever encountered.

CLEAN, friendly, and the foods are DELISH.
They give back to community and support local schools/​swim team.
Always long line during lunch, but never spent more than 15minutes to get our order done.

We love this location and how they always have the best customer service! Food is fresh, and many kids activities offered often. My kids love it here! Today is Super Hero breakfast! Wow, the fun for all the cute kids! The cow made a Super appearance too!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and ½ and ½ sweet unsweet tea. Was not displeased. They are solid fast food joint and even asked me if I needed other condiments and were pleasant. This seems to be the level of service I get from all Chick-​fil-​As

I have never once had anything wrong with Chick-​Fil-​A. I went today for lunch and I got 8 grilled nuggets. I asked them when I got the nuggets if there was 8 because it looked small and she ensured me that there 8. Sure enough when I got back there were only 7 and three of them were strung together by pieces of stringy fat, I almost gagged. I took pictures and posted them here on Unilocal,but they are awful.

This time I am satisfied with the Chick-​fil-​A quality service at this location. Orders were taken correctly, service was good, every table had fresh flowers, refill was offered and plenty of cute decorations.
We were sitting by the window and saw cars constantly coming for drive-​thru. I enjoyed the biscuit with egg, cheese and sausage.

One always gets great food and service at Chick-​fil-​A but I think this particular restaurant has stepped it up just a notch better. I have visited at least a half dozen times this year and never had a problem of any kind. My food has always been fresh and well prepared and the folks working there pleasant. Love it when they come by your table offering refills and checking up on your meal.
Only gotchas to be aware of is their drive thru lane and school support nights. I purposely drive past their entrance to the next one by Arby’s to sneak in from the North to avoid the usual backup from the drive thru. It is almost always faster to go inside than wait in that line. Second they have fund raising nights in occasion usually for a local school and that can really bring the crowds. Even then I just have to wait a couple extra minutes (which I do) to get my meal.

The advantage of staying at the Holiday Inn Chantilly is that you can walk across the street to this Chick Fil-​A. Often this is my first meal off the plane on trips to NOVA. The beauty of walking over is that you don’t have to deal with the crazy traffic and all the cars in the parking lot for all the fast-​food restaurants in this strip mall.
I can’t add much about the food and service — they are outstanding as always.
I should point out that on some nights, the restaurant has some kind of deal for kids. if you go on that night — it was Tuesday night this week — prepare for a long wait and a crowded place to eat. Not the worst problem to deal with, though.

I L-​O-​V-​E this place. I came through the drive thru on my most recent visit and there was actually a working standing outside with an iPad taking orders. He was super friendly and tried to sell me on their new iced coffee, but I declined because I had reached my caffeine limit for the day. My food was great, hot and tasty. Chick-​fil-​a never seems to disappoint.

This location is a totally disorganized cluster. They were out of peach milkshakes (only reason for visiting) and it took ten minutes to get our order once I was told they were out and ordered a different flavor. Nobody seemed to know what was going on or where to stand and wait but you had mass chaos with everyone waiting for their order in a small area as the line continued to grow.
Glad this isn’t my usual location since the one in Crystal City is a well oiled machine by comparison.

Being on a special meal plan for my upcoming kickboxing fight I have to bring my food everywhere with me (its just easier). My husband on the other hand does not so he wanted to stop for a quick bite to go before heading to our massages. Anyway, he had a free coupon for a chicken sandwich and a free coke for the month of April with his calendar card. We both went inside and the lady who rang up his order for the free sandwich, free coke and an order of waffle fries had no problems. My husband added to the confusion when he asked for the sandwich to be the grilled sandwich instead of the usual breaded chicken sandwich. Again there was no issue with order. It was sad to say but I was impressed with them not screwing up the two separate free coupons.

It’s not Sunday is it?! Okay good, because that’s when I want Chick-​fil-​A the most! Sighh… This location is awesome! Not only have I met the owner but I got to work with him when I use to go to Chantilly Highschol for my marketing class. He’s a super nice and smart man and it definitely shows in this location. All employees are more than friendly and you can always tell they have a smile when they take your order through the drive through. Usually when you are dining in, they walk around and get your refills and ask if you need napkins, sauces or anything else. The food is consistenly delicious and they’ve never messed up an order. The cookies and cream milkshake are deliciously bad for you but sooo good. I also like the homemade ice teas and lemonades. Of course, who can say no to their waffle fries especially with their sweet and sour sauce and chick-​fil-​a sauce. Obsessed with the chick fil a minis for breakfast and the biscuit and gravy is quite good.
What you need to avoid are weekdays between 12−3pm and Saturdays because these lines are packed both inside and outside. It’s chaotic and I just try to avoid it at all costs. They have different activities going on weekday nights for kids like magician shows, story time, balloon making etc. So that’s great for parents because you don’t have to cook and you can relax for a bit (unless your kids are bad then I’m sorry you’ll have to watch them). Besides that, they are pretty speedy and prompt with service. Its kept very clean also (not sure if I can say that for the kiddie playground). Overall, great location.

Fast service, friendly staff. Didn’t know there was a location here. The good thing about chick fila chains is that their consistent for the most part from chain to chain.
However today my spicy chicken biscuit fell apart making it hard to dip it into the sauces wahh.

Outside of the hearting the hell out of that peach milkshake… I have formed a small obsession with Chick-Fil-A’s chicken breakfast burrito. Good thing you can’t get the milk shake at breakfast time or my arteries would be in some serious rough shape from that combo.
I have this weird thing about mixing chicken and eggs together. It seems cannibalistic to me… but in this situation, I am able to get over my freaktastic pet peeves and chow down on some yummy chicken goodness. I’m not a fan of chick-fil-a’s hash browns though, I’m partial to McDonalds. Call me spoiled but they just lack flavor in every way possible!
This particular store is the definition of efficient. They chain in general is known for having stellar customer service, but this store can throw efficiency in the mix too. Even when the line is wrapped around the building, I am never sitting for more than three or four minutes.
