This past summer their team was courteous enough to help my 91 yr. young dad learn to use the blueprint machine for his Stained glass project, way to go. Dad hates to ask for help, they were totally relaxed with him and he came home proud of himself.

Chanhassen location the service was terrible! I needed two pages printed. It took them over an hour to get it right. This is basic stuff. Just needed two pages printed on natural color paper. I obviously was having issues with the printer as i kept asking for assistance to get this document printed. They kept telling me pull all the trays out and put the paper in the side slot. Okay. Didn’t work. Guy walks up and pushes a bunch of buttons. Does not explain anything. I asked him how i was supposed to know how this printer works to print different kinds of paper. He said «it’s confusing, i know» .
Then the pages kept coming out smudged. I had to keep running my credit card over and over. The one guy assured me i didn’t get charged until I went to the counter. Then the other guy tells me it charges my card every time. Other people seemed to need help also. They really didn’t act like they cared to get off their bums.
This place sucks. They have bad attitudes and are lazy. Any other location they would have just helped me get the job done. Instead, it took over an hour for two pages. The only guy that was helpful was named Dan. The rest of you should take a class in work ethics.
I will just go to my regular fedex next time.
