Water Works Premium Pool Care

We’ve been very happy with the service that we have received from Water Works. They are ALWAYS nice on the phone, respond to emails quickly, and are always willing to do what it takes to get the job done. They seem very honest, and the offer a quality service. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a reliable pool service.

I hate doing this but want others to be aware.
James was hired to calibrate and program our new variable speed pool pump, clean the pool filter and do start up chemicals. He charged a pretty penny for the service but was referred by the pool contractor that did the face lift for the pool so what the heck… right!!! WRONG!!!
After weeks of missed appointments, showing up hours late and wasting my time the job is still not done and yet they got paid. Now he won’t return my call and his wife that runs his office was belligerent and perverse. Rather than listen to what issues there are she took offense that I was calling with service issues on work that her husband allegedly took care of. I will not be told F-​YOU and hung up on because I asked to speak with her husband and not her as I was getting nowhere with her on the phone. This after she lied via email and over the phone about what was happening to fix the service errors for the brand new equipment which were supposed to be taken care of weeks prior by her husband but weren’t.
Bottom line is that there are many companies that you can chose from. Steer clear of this company because they lacked customer service, knowledge (his words were, «I don’t know how to program your pentair pump you probably need additional equipment.» Lack of knowledge equalled the need for more equipment HA!) and lack of follow through. Don’t get nickeled and dimed by this company. Save the time and call someone else.

I’ve only recently started using Water Works, after being dissatisfied with my former pool company. From the very start, James, Lisa and the entire crew have been so easy to communicate with. James has come over when there are new problems (on short notice). The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and do an outstanding job!

They have always been available in emergency situations, as well as being on time and consistent for their scheduled maintenance. They most always answer their phone lines immediately, but if not, they return calls asap.
