Davis Plumbing & Drain Service

Wow! $ 190 to snake my main drain. It was $ 100 less for the same service last year. The technician said this was their standard fee (now?). Get an estimate in advance. I assumed it would be the same as last year. well, not $ 100 more!

Fantastic, friendly service. Came out the same day to replace a broken water heater and had us up and running in about an hour — on a Sunday. Additionally, their pricing was far lower than any of their competitors quotes. Would absolutely recommend and will be sure to use again in the future should the need arise.

UNBELIEVable customer service, I have had Davis Plumbing come out three times to my home. The first was a routine job as we just purchased the house, he snaked all our drains and gave us the inside scoop on our water lines (interior). Friendly, fast and affordable.
The second and third times were because our main water line broke. We did the work to dig the trenches, lay new pipe and add two more shut off valves but Davis was our first call. The technician walked the property with me, the house and showed me how to thread pipe, clean aerators and was polite about my lack of knowledge. I appreciated the customer service Davis Plumbing showed us, they are our plumbers.

This is a family owned business located in Mesa, AZ. I had a water heater leak (it was 10 years old) and called these guys regarding a replacement at 6:30AM. The phone was answered personally by Aaron Davis, son of the owner (they don’t trust answer machines or answering services and want to give personal service ²⁴⁄₇). Aaron gave me a verbal quote which was about 40% lower than the Brazil folks which I had also quoted. Aaron then told me he would have Jenifer (his sister) call with a firm appointment time.
Jenifer scheduled a 12 — 2pm arrival time, and Eric and Aaron showed up a few minutes after 12:00N. They proceeded to pull the old WH, replace all the valves and connections and install the new unit. Eric and Aaron were finished about 2:30PM. They took the old WH so that was not a concern. All in all, the service was great, the installation went without a hitch and I would highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs. (By the way, the first hot shower was great!).
