I have gone to many ‘healers’ over the past 10 years and Tammy is the real thing. She spent a few minutes explaining the process and theory of Light Touch Therapy or Cranial Sacral Therapy. CST is a non invasive form of bodywork that helps to release compression in the areas of your body that cause pain. In my case it was my lower back.
Tammy identified the areas in my body that were causing discomfort and went right to work. It was gentle and effective. I felt calm, peaceful and safe as she worked her therapeutic ‘touch’. I highly recommend a visit to her. She is at Joyful Yoga Studio in Chandler. Amazing.
