Great Choice Chiropractic

We were in town for a wedding and my back went out. This place came up as close and had good reviews so I called. They were able to get me in on short notice, minimize new patient paperwork because I had been under chiropractic care already. They did my adjustment, gave me a massage, and then rechecked me. Also gave me some cryoderm for pain. They got me back up and running. Would highly recommend the doc and his staff!

The services rendered were satisfactory but not outstanding. The reason I am giving a one star review is I believe them to have very questionable billing practices.
Before I went I called to ask their price and was told $ 55 for the visit. I even asked if that included everything and was told it did. I set the appointment and went in. They asked if I wanted to use my insurance and explained that my 55 $ paid could eat away at my deductible. I thought that was a good thing and said go ahead.
I had a few more visits and then stopped going because I found the massage therapist to be sub par. There are better in the same area that do not text during the massage. A week later I get a bill from my insurance that included charges of $ 330, $ 80, $ 75, and 10 $. When I called and asked what happened the receptionist informed me it was her legal obligation to charge my insurance. Obviously this makes no rational sense. Doctors are not legally bound to just make up amounts to bill people. I was not told of charges and did not see a bill EVER. I paid cash or with CC for every visit. Anyone who has ever been to a chiropractor knows that those additional amounts are suspect. I asked the receptionist what these charges were for she said they included charges for extremities adjustments and a ice pack. Yes an ice pack that they give everyone because it has their logo and advert on it.

Outstanding. The staff is always ultra professional and courteous. Treatment is always quick and efficient and appointment times are always adhered to without substantial wait times.

One of the best, most complete, and thorough chiropractor in AZ.
