I had another awesome experience at a T-Mobile store. Last night I had decided it was time to upgrade my phone I’ve had for a while. Kristen helped with some good recommendations and steered me away from a bad choice. When I thought she had done all she could by hooking me up with a new LGV10 she then noted that she could lower my monthly payment by $ 35 and possibly give us a better data plan. Not only was it an Improvement but it gave me a lot more data where I needed it which was on my recently acquired android pad. Awesome service and Toni her manager was a huge help along the way. Best visit I’ve had to one of their stores yet. I ended up spending a little more than I had intended but the entire visit was only $ 10 out of pocket. There was a lot of help on how to find accessories. And we had a lot of fun along the way. If you happen to need an upgrade, this store is an awesome choice.

Whenever you decide to switch to T-Mobile(and you know you will), this is the location to go to! Everyone in this store is helpful and easy going! Kevin and Shayne will put a smile on your face for sure! Great customer service, I personally wont choose any other T-Mobile location!

While the agent who helped us, Symphony, was great, T-Mobile is going to lose our business. Our corporate discount percentage has been dropping over the last couple months & we just wanted to find out what the story was. We did. T-Mobile has decided to drop the discount they are offering K’s company from 15% to 8%. They didn’t want to shock us so they dropped it from 15 to 10% last month and then from 10 to 8% this month. NOBUENO. K called her co’s employee benefit agent & they told her that employees get the best deal from Sprint. So I guess we’re switching services.

Poor Customer Service!!! Specially the employee named Alyssa(or Elyssa), she doesn’t even know the definition of Customer Service! I called in to fix the discrepancies in my account(which was open in this store) but since the original employee that help me wasn’t around, I asked if she could assist me but instead I got the typical response from this T-Mobile Store”… the store is too busy with customers, I can’t assist you, bye”. Not even a «…leave me your phone number and I’ll get back with you once the busyness subside.» If this is the closest t-mobile store in your area, I would recommend to drive an extra mile or so to a different T-Mobile store, than dealing with the people in this store.

Nice people always helpful! I only go to these guys for my cellular needs and won’t go to any other tmo retailer! I busted my g2 and got the note 3 for much less than I ever thought possible! It’s been over a year since I’d been in there and they remembered I used to do hair down the way before I quit that salon. If you need a chill non pushy sales experience than trust these dudes!

They worked with me on my at&t ipad mini, but since it’s a version 1 I was only able to get 3g with it. At least they tried, ya know? Ultimately I ended up getting a samsung hotspot pro and I got out of there with my ipad back to how it was, and the samsung hotspot pro up and rolling. They are busy lots of times, so keep that in mind. You’re not going to walk in there and be treated like you’re the only person on the face of the planet… it seems like lots of people walked in there when I was there and thought that, then walked out.

Fed up with Verizon, I crossed the street(literally) and went into this store today to sign up with Tmobile. Due to some staffing issues, and it normally not being busy on Sundays, it was short staffed. It was like waves up people just pouring in. Giana and Jackie did such an amazing job. They kept everyone in pleasant moves and worked together so well as a team. The poor girls did not have a chance to breathe! I was so impressed, and I will always refer people to this store.

HORRIBLE customer service! Back in January 2013 I purchased a galaxy s3. The associate made me think I was using my upgrade to get a discount on the phone for extending my contract(which Is the way I thought upgrades worked). Today, I went in to get a new phone because the screen on my s3 shattered and I wanted to switch to the iPhone, anyway. They told me I still had a balance of about 200.00 remaining on my s3 that needed to be paid off before I could use my «Jump» to get the iphone. They looked through my file to see that I had signed up to pay the remainder of the s3, which discounted my plan the amount of the monthly payments so my bill stayed the same. So in the end I was paying the full amount($ 500something dollars) WHILESTILLEXTENDINGMYCONTRACT. When I told the associate that I felt like I was tricked, he replied, «no, because you’re paying the same amount of money,» I about lost it. SO, in order to get a new phone I will have to get the screen fixed($ 150) Pay off the remainder of the s3($ 200), and put a down payment on a new phone($???). I suppose it was my fault for not reading what I was signing but I feel as tough it is the associates duty to explain what I’m paying for. I have been with TMobile for 8 years and I am highly disappointed. I will not be purchasing a new phone from them nor extending my contract any longer than it has been.

O.M.G!!! Run, don’t walk, away from this location as fast as you can!!! They are so dishonest, that I am going to report them to the Arizona Attorney General for fraud. They have made such a disaster out of my account, I don’t know if I will ever be able to recover. I stopped by to see what phones they had on special. I didn’t ‘need’ a new phone, but if I am going to keep renewing my ‘contract’/service and I can get a new phone by renewing my contract for another 2 years, I like to have a spare in case my phone gets stolen or broken or whatever. The sales rep. shows me which phones I can get at no charge if I renew my contract and we start the paper work. For some strange reason it takes her a really long time, filling out a lot of screens, calling some T-Mobile dept., etc. She gets the new phone out of the back, I pay for the $ 18 activation fee and I am finally on my way after at least one hour(way too long). I get my next bill and the nightmares begin! They have added a «Warranty» Plan for my new phone that I didn’t ask for/didn’t want and was never discussed! Customer Care/611 says they would have given you a brochure to go with it. No, I was not given a brochure and again warranty was never discussed and never agreed upon. Customer Care will credit me for that charge. Next bill arrives and she has added«Unlimited Messaging» at $ 10.00 per line to 2 of our lines that was never requested! So I have to take my valuable time and call Customer Care/611 again to try and straighten out this mess. After being on the phone for over 35 mins. the very nice rep. tells me that he has consulted with his supervisor and that they can’t help me, that I need to go back to the«retail store» to fix this mess! Are you kidding me?! You want me to go back to the store that has screwed me twice and wait… there’s a third ‘screw’ coming! While trying to make my small contribution to the environment, I have agreed to «paperless billing» so with all these problems, I spent a long time looking over my last 2 bills and I printed the first 3 pages of my 33 page bill and discovered that I am being charged $ 5.00 per month for 21 months for some«Equipment Plan» that Customer Care informs me is the charge for my phone!!! Please tell me that you are kidding me?! I don’t have a fancy Blackberry and I can’t afford $ 20/mo for data and you think that I would agree to pay over $ 100 for a basic crummy phone!!! If T-Mobile doesn’t straighten this out, they are going to get a cell phone through their plate glass window, if it’s good enough for Discount Tire, it should be good enough for someone is trying to cheat, de-fraud, lie and steal from a nickel and dime account!
