Starbucks

Walked in and no one in line, thought it would be quick. Ordered a Grande Frap and proceeded to wait with my wife. After 20 minutes decided to check what was taking so long. Staff notice I was standing at pickup counter and decide to look at the receipt machine and make my drink. No acknowledgement no word, just finish the drink and put it on the counter.
Worst Starbucks ever, hands down… give them the extra star because the drink was fresh.

Slowest Starbucks EVER… been here 4 times and no matter what, I’m in line for over 20 mins. And my drinks are usually watery… grrrr…

Definitely the worst Starbucks in the East Valley! Slowest service ALWAYS and messes up order almost every time I stop at this location… :(

Done with this Starbucks. Slow and almost always out of food. Just not good. How in the world can they do that when they admit it’s a problem.

I frequent Starbucks quite a bit and I am really disappointed with this store, which is too bad because this is the closest Starbucks store next to my work! I might have to start going to a different location even if that means I have to drive a little bit further. Although some of the employees are somewhat friendly, I would say 3 out of 5 times, the employees are a little gruff. I understand that this is a busy store given the location but maybe they can be a bit consistent in their service. That might help us forgive them a little bit for being so slow. This is by far the slowest store ever that I’ve been in. I was there at 10am, morning rush is over, there are wasn’t a bunch of people, and still the two drinks that I ordered took longer than it should be! So just a heads up to those reading this, if you have some free time to kill and you are in no rush, then you can go to this store but like most of us who doesn’t have the time to spare, I will just find another Starbucks to go. There’s one in every corner!

Slowest Starbucks on the planet. Kid stood around chatting without taking anyones order. Finally after taking order stood around and wasted a few more minutes before finally deciding to put ice and coffee in a cup. This guy isn’t worth $ 5 an hour. After asking for the manager, not surprised to learn this guy IS the manager. Trevor… you need to take lessons from your employees. Your service stinks.

They always looks miserable. Usually mess up the order. And are slow. Get it together please youre in a prime location.

The worst drive thru I’ve ever been to. Most people chose a drive thru for convenience but I waited over 15 minutes both times at this location. On top of that both times they forgot to put sweetener in my coffee.

By far the slowest Starbucks I’ve EVER been to. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes! Wish I could say it was just this one time but this is the second time.

This location makes great drinks. Unfortunately the drive through is unbelievably slow. I sat in the drive through line for ten minutes. Other locations tend to give your drink for free if you’re forced to wait in line that long, or they will at the very least acknowledge how long you were waiting– not this location!

Given the amount of times I visit Starbucks I usually do not write any reviews unless the service/​drink/​food falls in the two extreme spectrum. Unfortunately this falls in the the lower side due to the rather shoddy service and their huge turnover of front facing barista’s which make ordering the basic combination of a simple latte feel like pulling teeth. I keep forgetting how frustrated I feel every time I come back here once every few years (enough time for poor previous service amnesia). Oh well another 2 – 3 years before I mistakenly stumble here again methinks…

This is by far the slowest, most inconvenient Starbucks I’ve ever been too! Arrived at location at 7:22 with 3 cars in front of me and NO one in building!!! 5 people working behind the counter and finally drove away with 2 coffees at 7:35! This is not the 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd time I’ve had this issue at this location!!! Shame on me for going back this 4^th time!!! Do not come here from you are running late or really on time because you will end up being late!!!

If you want speedy service, u might want to forget about this place. We ordered two green tea ice tea and it took them over 15 minutes to make them (with no other customers waiting for drinks btw). When we were finally done waiting, we found out our drinks had been sitting there for god knows how long… and the staffs didn’t even care. This place hired 3 teenagers who spent more time chit chatting than actually working. I will never come back here again.

Coffee is is the usual… But the interior was a disaster zone. AND the garbage smell coming from outside is awful! I won’t come back to this one… Yuck!

Always do a awesome job abd at 6 am they are sooooooo happy and nice puts me in a good mood for my work day :-)

Great spot for coffee anytime. Lots of tables and the wifi is okay but sometimes spotty. AC is always cranked so be aware if you don’t like to be cold.
Not sure about the other reviews but the line never seems to be outrageous, but if you come during peak times (early morning) expect a little wait. But be realistic, it takes time to make sugary drinks.
The coffee is Starbucks and a bit burnt but get an Americano and it’s not half bad.

I ended up here again since I had a gift card. As soon as my man pulled in, I remarked «ugh». The drinks were decent this time however there was way too much talking like my previous experience. I don’t get it. I love to talk and cut up with my work friends but when a customer comes in, shut it and concentrate on their requests.

I called head so I wouldn’t have to wait for my drink order, a poor over that usually takes several minutes.
It was ready and waiting for me when I arrived exactly as I ordered. Once again friendly service and a quick trip. Thanks guys

Oh no, not another Starbucks review. But, read on.
I come here two to four times a week, mostly to relax and have some quiet time. If you come here often, you might find that statement funny, since there’s always a steady stream of folks coming and going. But the line is never longer than three, go figure.
This is an above average location for Starbucks, in so far that you have the space to linger, sip your beverage, snack and read a paper. The wall spaces have a few 110 outlets, so you know who sits there. But the beauty here are the spaces that come away from the wall, which are always free.
As others have noted, the drive-​thru is a mess. So I’ve never understood why more patrons haven’t decided to come inside and see how friendly and inviting this store really is. All the employees are great btw. Fortunately most have decided to stay in their cars. Fortunate for me. LOL
I’ve found 6:30 to 7:30 am and 2:00 to 4:00 are good times to linger. If you do, I’ll be sitting at the big table near the door. Stop by and say «hi»!
So, three and seven-​eighths Stars, and yes, I am a fan.
