This hotel was our home base for a group of us that traveled to Arizona to watch the Dodgers(spring training) The hotel staff were very accommodating. The morning food service was a great way to start the day: popcorn snack at night was a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the air conditioning worked! A shout out to day management — the staff members were all great; We will be back next year for spring training. Go Dodgers.

We stay here every year for Spring Training. It has come pros, and some cons. It is nice to be able stay in a two bedroom suite with a friend, and have access to a full kitchen. The rates are reasonable, and the staff is very nice. Conveniently located. The hotel is dated and in need of a renovation. The flooring and furnishings have seen too many years and need to replaced. The bathroom fixtures have been abused as well. Some good cleaning of the air vents, etc is also in order. Feels like a motel over a hotel.

This hotel is so-so. Does the job for a long weekend. Pros– breakfast every morning. Full meal, waffles, eggs, toast, cereal and all kinds of drinks. Convenient location near mall and LOTS of restaurants within walking distance. So-so, it feels dated at this property. Carpet, wallpaper just makes it feel old. The room itself just isn’t what I was hoping. Cons– rooms are small. One bedroom and a kitchen. Pull out couch. But it’s not that great of a set up because you have to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom so if you have kids or other family staying with you it’s a little difficult. The whole suite just feels cramped for a residence inn. Overall it’s fine and works, but it’s nothing special. Location is probably the best feature.

If you are using points DONOTSTAYATTHISHOTEL!!! They do not allow complimentary upgrades when using points(!!!) I mean, every Residence Inn I’ve stayed at allows this upgrade, without questions. No respect for Platinum members!!! Even worse than that, the room we had, a one bedroom«suite» was very small, had prior water damage that was repaired by an amateur, possibly the front desk clerk? The ice maker didn’t work, and the appliances looked like they were bought at a resale shop, and the furniture was purchased at Goodwill. The TV reception is sketchy at best, sometime when you’re watching a program, it’ll just freeze like its snowing outside but its not, because WE’REINCHANDLERARIZONA… Next time, will it be Marriott’s or Motel 6??? …MOTEL6!!!

1) they dont know how to control their fire alarm system at 5am. It went off for over two hours with no fire, on and off. A lady at the front desk was turning the system off whenever it came on. 2) they send people to other hotels when they still have availability(spring hill suites, double the room at twice the rate, when they both have ample room available.) 3) They tell people who don’t have reservations that they can’t check in early, when they never sold out the day before. 4) I would expect a toilet to flush. 5) I expect the appliances not to be tilted, and the rooms to be clean for this kind of review. 6) Why didn’t the manager send us a letter about the alarm in the morning, where’s the apology? 7) what is going to happen to thismplace tomorrow!!! 8) How in the world did they get any stars on google, sounds like fake reviews to me. 9) Their«itallian night,» ended up being«leftover night.» Thank you Unilocal, for letting me tell the story of Elite members. Keep your candy bars, Chandler Residence Inn.

Made a reservation which was cancelled because I am guessing they overbooked… They booked me in some shitty hotel with same rate(found out the shitty place was much cheaper later). Don’t be so surprised if they book you somewhere else later.

Great bunch of people! All of those that work here are nice, helpful and very professional. At the same time, they will talk to you as though you are more than a «customer/resident.» HDTV in every room, free wi-fi, great beds with different comforts of pillows. Stayed here for a little over 6 months due to work, so each time I had a great with the people and housekeeping. Everyone(again) was great. Updated: They have updated their internet, it works MUCH better, Thank you! Original Review portion: The only thing keeping this from a great hotel(great people is different than great hotel) is the internet service. Less than 1.0 Mb/s average download and upload. With it being more bogged down during peak hours if the day, it’s worth getting your own mobile internet or a different hotel altogether. If you conduct business over the internet(conference calls, video calls, etc.), please be aware this stay is not for you. I have contacted Marriott, and they say they are working in it. Thus far it is still the same.
