TERRIBLE customer service. My sisters and I wanted to come in for a massage and facial on New Years Eve. We called on Tuesday, the 28th of Dec to make an appointment for Friday the 31st of Dec. The woman on the phone verified that they would need *48HOURS* notification to cancel an appointment, otherwise we would be charged for half the services not showing up. We called the next morning on Wednesday the 29th of Dec at 9am to cancel the appointment because we found a better salon. The woman on the was telling us that we were scheduled for Thursday the 30th of Dec and that we could not cancel the appointment since it was only 24 hours in advance. We spoke to the manager«Laura» and she said she would review our recordings, because they taped our phone conversation without us knowing. We did not hear back from Laura and made 18 phone calls with plenty of voicemails with NOCALLBACK until the following day on Thursday. Supposedly she had reviewed the tapes and the appointment WAS for Friday the 31st of Dec all along, but now all of a sudden they need 72 hours for cancelling an appointment, even though the website and the woman we made an appointment with only said 48 hours! We demanded that we were going to come to the salon so we could review these tapes, but«Laura» said we weren’t allowed and she was still going to charge us, after speaking to her on the phone, SHEHUNGUPONUS! HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. Terrible management, if the manager acts like this, I don’t even want to know what the staff is like. Stay far away from here! They just want your money and will do whatever lying they can to get it!

Okay, here is what’s weird. The charge on my credit card says the company is called A New U Day Spa. I remember seeing this place a few feet away from where I went. The lady said that they are totally not connected with A New U Day Spa. Spa places in Arizona are sketchy! Next time I come back to Arizona, I’ll just go to the one in Nordstroms.
