Chamberlain Orthodontics

General dentist referred my 7 yr old kiddo, we had our free eval, full xray and exam was free. The staff was very friendly and patient with my kids. Very clean and has video games for the kids. Dr Chamberlain took his time with us explaining his recommendation, I felt very comfortable with the treatment plan. We agreed to the plan, which includes expanders, braces, retainer and all appointments during a 12 month plan for $ 2500, which seems like a fair price to me. Only reason for ⁴⁄₅ stars is the front desk was a little disorganized and I got no show emails even though we did go to our apt on time.

We had our first consultation here and my kids are in love with this place! They were very kind and friendly. They have a free slushie machine which the kids were ecstatic about. They gave them free goodie bags filled with presents for them. They were not high pressure sales at all. We have our next appointment scheduled for 6 months. I liked their treatment plan also. I felt very comfortable with the office.

Dr. Chamberlain and his team took care of my son’s orthodontics. I found the office always clean, team members always smiling and cheerful, and Dr. Chamberlain did an amazing job with my son’s smile. I would recommend this office hands down for orthodontic care.

Sitting here as our second child gets her braces off. We have been patients with Dr. Chamberlain for about 7 years since our oldest started phase 1.
Short and sweet —
Doc talks so I can understand and is NEVER condescending or frustrated if I don’t understand or forget something.
EVERYONE in the office is nice. This is not my Ortho office from childhood where I was sure the doctor enjoyed inflicting pain!
Of course clean and organized.
We have had 3 kids as patients and only one time have we ever had the slightest problem. They kids are understandable sore after adjustments, perfectly acceptable but never unbearable pain. No one has ever sloped and caused unnecessary pain.
Two really KEY POINTS.
1– the estimated duration of care has been SPOT on both times. (Of course the estimate does depend on your faithfulness as parents)
2– the one issue we had once was small but worth talking with the office manager about. It really doesn’t matter what the problem was accept to say my daughter and my mothers (who drove her this one time) noticed it. He important part is how the staff handled it. I felt respected my daughter was validated and it never ever happened again. To repeat it was not a serious issue just out of the ordinary sweet kind routine.
Ortho care is not cheap but I found this office reasonably priced and well with it. We have another child starting care soon and even my husband is considering getting work here.
