I had an appointment with Ava today. She takes time to listen and offer suggestions to do a perfect job! My hair cut and color is fabulous! I have gotten many compliments. The salon uses Aveda products, you are greeted with a warm towel and lotion. You also get a scalp massage with your hair service! I will definitely be back soon to see Ava.

I am a huge, huge fan of this salon. My daughter’s stylist Janice is so sweet and nice and always does an amazing job. My stylist Ava is so sincere and always does an outstanding job.
My massage therapist Becky is also amazing. I signed up for the monthly massage and it is such a great value for the service, at this point I wouldn’t care how much the cost as I love how I feel after my massage.
A couple of times in the past I was not very impressed with the receptionist and the idle stylists just standing around at the front giving me the stink eye, but that seemed to change over the past few months for the better. Also, I was in there a few weeks back and I was NOT impressed with how the Manager, Kim, was talking down to the staff while I was checking out. The stylist was simply assisting the receptionist as she seemed to be new. I have been a customer service manager for many years and I would have NEVER spoke to my staff like that and especially in front of clients. If I was not such a huge fan of my stylist and massage therapist I would consider going elsewhere.
If you live in the Champlin area I highly recommend this salon.

I was very impressed with my experience here! I’ve only been here once, but I will definitely be going back. Janice did a cut and color for me and the results were exquisite! My hair had previously been somewhat tortured when I bleached it all and dyed it bright purple (which was totally fun for awhile!), and Janice gave me my rich brown locks back, as well as a cut to remove some of the wrecked-​by-​bleach ends. She was super nice, conversing with me while working on my hair, and also brought me a soda while I waited for the dye to set. Like I said earlier — I will DEFINITELY be going back! :D

I was out running errands today and called to see if I could get a haircut while out. Luckily I was able to get in with Katie. The haircut was awesome, I received a scalp neck and shoulder massage before the cut. While getting shampooed I got a hot towel treatment for my face, and another awesome scalp massage. They have Aveda products, which to me is a plus, love the smell. I was offered a variety of beverages from tea, to coffee, water or soda. Got a hot towel and lotion when I came in. And the entire staff was warm and welcoming. Thanks Katie.

This place is awesome! I get a great style with plenty of feedback from the employees and customers! Ask for Janice, she is my favorite!
