My eye brows are jacked up! New girl Tanesha did not listen! Ugh. She put something that smells like vegetable oil after she was done. Q does a fantastic job but she was unavailable. Making an appointment next time I go. I suggest you do the same unless you want the focal point on your face to look like Cruela De Vil

I was referred to Q Nail Salon by a couple of friends. The technician did a great job but the smell of chemicals was so terrible I almost walked out. Ventilation is a sincere need.

I’ve been coming here for years. I recommend making an appointment because they are often busy. I have had amazing nail art done many times. I brought my niece and her bridesmaids here for their wedding mani-​pedis and they arranged for all 5 of us to have our pampering done together. Everyone was happy with their results. I am looking forward to the upcoming expansion at Q nails! You should check it out!

The people here suck, seriously they didn’t listen to me. I came in with someone who wanted a gel manicure and I didn’t want gel. They kept saying I was getting a gel when I wasn’t. I got moved 3 times, and had to explain I just wanted my nails painted black to 5 people. When I finally got my nails painted, the lady rushed and messed them up, and then didn’t fix them. They just don’t listen and do a crappy job. They were to preoccupied with a baby in the store to care about anybody there. Bottom line, just go somewhere else.

I always come here for pedicures and love it. Great clean atmosphere, welcoming staff and my pedi always looks great. I decided to get my fingernails done for the first time in 3 years and I had never gotten them done at Q Nails before. I made an appointment in advance since it was a Saturday and had no preference in technician. I arrived 10 mins early and right away I felt almost out of place. The staff seemed rushed and it wasn’t particularly busy. The technician I got seemed like she didn’t want to be there and right away sat down and began working at neck breaking speed to put my acrylics on. She never spoke to me except asking what I wanted on my nails. She also made three of my fingers bleed from filing so hard. It’s my fault for not speaking up, I thought bleeding was normal because it’s been so long, but my fingers beg to differ the next day. She didn’t apologize but kept filing over the bleeding skin. She also managed to answer and talk on her cell while doing my nails which seemed strange to me. Just make sure to look into who your nail tech will be when you visit here and speak up if something seems wrong. My nails did turn out very pretty tho and exactly how I wanted them.

I went for a simple manicure, I walked into the shop, brought my own polish and was ignored for a couple of minutes. I was seated at the manicure table and the woman helping me never spoke, I was like she was annoyed she was just doing a manicure. My manicure was done and I went over to the dryer, I sat and sat at the dryer, no one came and checked on my nails, I announced I was dry and left my 10 dollars at the counter, I turned around and said thanks for letting me visit your nail salon. Will not be back.

This place is really clean. You get your own mani kit that stays in the shop, so you know those tools are not being reused. The pedi tools are sterilized and put in a pouch. Open fresh for each pedi and not reused. Bowls are scrubbed and sanitized after each use. The staff is nice and they do a great job. Lots of color choices. I would have given a better rating if they understood the concept of appointments. Every time I’ve come here I have to wait 10 to 30 minutes after my appointment time. I’ll most likely keep going here as the other places in the area did a terrible job on my nails.
