Wow I went on here and everyone had the same problems we did. Couples massage groupon. The said they only had one scheduled when we had explicitly said it was a couples massage. The guy wasn’t very empathic or sorry about it either. My boyfriend took off work to go to this too. We scheduled it again but we’re probably just going to refund the groupon. Update, January 29th, 2016: After canceling our massages because we found a different place to go, my boyfriend received a call saying that because we didn’t show up to the appointment, they were still charging us. Even though we had canceled, they sent a text confirming the cancelation of the massages and yet theyre still trying to charge.

TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! We bought 2 couples massages on groupon and they kept canceling our appointments. Then they gave us a gift certificate for the same thing when our groupon was about to expire that they said will not expire. When we tried to reschedule they only had one person working there and could not do couples massages. Then I booked a single massage and one day before they called and changed the time on me. When I got there Rose said the certificate is expired. She basically said I was lying that we bought 2 groupons. When I said she was full of crap the guy working the front desk jumped up like he wanted to fight and she had to tell him to clam down and sit down. She was very rude and talks over the customer when you try to talk and she keeps inturrupting you. Stay away from the unprofessional bussiness! They wont last long! They are still selling couples massages and cant do couples with only one person working. We reported them to the Better business bureau as well. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Google their other reviews and lots of people have the same complaints about them canceling appointments!

These guys won’t last long. They’re resorting to groupons for a reason! Horrible customer service, even MORE horrible of a massage. Having them actually follow through with a scheduled appointment is a headache! Very inattentive during the massage, kept stopping and leaving the room and even had to remind her she forgot to work the other side of my body. I left feeling no better. Lady at the front desk clearly hates her job and gives attitude to anyone that disrupts her private world. Not a good impression to make on your customers.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I bought a couple massage through groupon. I scheduled it with them, then we came in and they had messed up the scheduling. So we schedule for 2 weeks out… Then they call me 2 days before the massage, and confirm but they said they changed the time. So we were on our way and they called said they couldn’t do my fiancés. And it turns out they didn’t even schedule it as a couples massage. Then the lady wanted to talk over me and they were very rude. I got pretty upset on the phone because she wouldn’t listen to me. And I yelled at her. And she just kept talking over me when I JUSTWANTEDMYREFUND. horrible place. Do not go here. At all. Ever. Worst massage place and far too expensive for how small this place is.
