Debby was amazing! She assisted us with selling our home when we were relocated out of state. Not only did she sell a house with an in-​ground swimming pool, in winter, covered by feet of snow, she was also able to help with many other details. She kept an eye on the house in winter for us, checking on pipes and arranging for plowing to be done. She helped us find a lawyer and acted as our power of attorney in the sale.
She is professional, caring and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend her if you require any housing assistance!

Debby was the listing agent on a home I purchased about 5 years ago. She was professional, responsive, flexible enough, treated us fairly, and dealt with us in a straightforward manner. I took off just one star, as I reserve that star for truly exceptional Realtors in my acquaintance, and I don’t have enough information to judge her on the additional criteria I use. Since I’ve not sold with her, I can’t comment much on what she offers her clients.
She showed the house to its best advantage, and produced multiple offers, which is not a given in this area.

This is a one person shop run by Debbie Auble. I bid on one of Debbie’s homes and was not treated well. I put in a solid bid, but lower than the asking price, and within 10 minutes of the offer she had rejected it, indicating she probably did not present the offer to the homeowner. Not just rejected but told my buyers agent that they were entertaining another offer and good luck with our search. She rudely blew me and my buyers agent off! After I purchased another home, a few weeks later, I found out the place was still for sale! I absolutely loved the home and would have been willing to get really close to the asking price had this woman actually done her job. Of course she didnt have any stake in helping me out but in this case she wasnt really helping her clients out either because they had a great opportunity at a sale but her rudeness made me not want to pursue the home. Apparently this is how she treats people.
