I brought an Ipad to be repaired and the cost was comparable; however, when I got the ipad back the 3G connection was no longer available. I brought it back to fix and they said «that’s impossible. We only fixed the screen» so I called At&t and they advised me that I had the wrong SIM number. I went back to A Plus and they adamantly denied removing my SIM card. I was forced to drive to Metairie to an At&t store and there the customer service rep confirmed that my SIM was indeed stolen and replaced. The replaced SIM card wasn’t even for an Ipad! A Plus continues to deny STEALING from me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY STOLE MY SIM CARD FROM MY IPAD! I had to cancel that SIM card immediately to avoid overage charges in my data plan.
