My husband and I bought two rings from the Montclair location that turned my finger black. The lady who sold them to us saw my finger and admitted that it looked awful but didn’t offer a refund, exchange, or even an apology. Nothing but denial. «I’ve never seen that before» and«How do I know you bought them here» were some of the excuses she gave us. I asked if there was a corporate office and was told no, all they have is a company mail box. What??? This business is shady. If the jewelry causes an allergic reaction, it’s the customer’s fault. Even if you only wore the item once and changed your mind, they won’t take it back. You’ve been warned.

I went in to buy a charm bracelet for my daughter. The prices seemed high but I guess silver has gone up. They didn’t have a very big selection, the kiosk at Victoria Gardens has more. The bracelet looks nice and came in a cute bag, the salesgirl was helpful and spent time with me.

They have a good selection of silver, especially rings. Really good prices, too. The silver I’ve bought from them has held up to a lot of abuse without losing any stones, and still looks really good. They’re just outside the relocated Forever 21.
