I had been having issues with my toilet and drains clogging and after multiple visits from our property management’s maintenance guy, they finally called the professionals at Jack Stephan’s. Jimmie L. came out and was very friendly — loves dogs too! He went right to work on all my toilet/​clogged drain issues in both my bathrooms and kitchen. He worked quickly, thoroughly AND he took care to pick up and clean up as he went. He even went above and beyond to reroute some pipes for my garbage disposal that weren’t properly installed by the maintenance guy just a couple of months earlier. I wasn’t paying this bill since I am a renter, but did notice the bill when I signed off, and it was very reasonable. I will be recommending my property manager use Jimmie L. at Jack’s for all their future plumbing/​drain/​heating needs.
