Munoz Tow1

GMC set me up to have my car towed to the dealer. I let them know that my cell phone was not working as I had bad reception. Angel from Munoz towing apparently tried to call me to confirm I needed a tow. I waited a while then contacted them directly to learn that Angel decided to cancel the tow because he cannot reach me. After I explained to him my situation and that I did not have reception he could not understand. All he could do was focused only on his policies and procedures. Angel unfortunately did not have the common sense to understand the situation. I called GMC back requested a different company and they immediately sent a very cordial driver to assist me.
I would not recommend Angel nor his company Munoz towing to anyone or trust them with my vehicle.
Horrible customer service!
