I was not shopping for cloths but for stuff and I found most of what I wanted at a good price, always enjoy shopping there.

I come here frequently because of their great selections and the employees are usually very friendly. Today though, I wasn’t too pleased with the cashier named Jessica, she had an attitude and pretty damn rude. Maybe she needs to take a course in customer service since that is what she does working in retail!!!
The other employees who’ve been there longer recognize me since I frequent this location and ask how I’m doing which is nice because you don’t get that a lot now a days. What has happened to people?!

This used to be my favorite store, now I come every now in than but I like this store hopefully they maybe can and improve service quality.

The line was ridiculously long. The pic I took was after 15 min in line. Looks like there are only 2 cashiers for some 30 people!

This was the first ever Burlington Coat Factory that I visited some few years back. Think of it as a Marshall’s and Ross put together, just with often higher prices.
This store is located in a shopping center that has gone massive renovation. BJ’s, Buffalo Wild Wings and a few other eateries are nearby. This location is also right across the street from Los Cerritos Mall. What I like about this store is that it is 2 stories. The 2^nd story consists of household items and jackets and coats. The first floor has all the clothing. Usually it is just crumpled up everywhere looking all disheveled. Now, I know the employees try their best. Usually you get stupid uncouth shoppers who could care less about placing anything back to where it belongs.
I have had nothing but good service coming here. Lines can get congested especially during the weekends and holidays. I believe they still do layaway plans. I have yet to try it. I have been here and found everything I have needed.

Do Not Get items on Layaway.
What they don’t tell you is if you buy things on layaway and then try to return them you only get store credit. This makes no sense as I paid for everything in full and you even charged a $ 5 to do layaway.

Place is a dump! You can find good deals, but good luck getting out of there in a timely manner. Let me get this straight, I am willing to spend $ 100, but you can’t pay extra cashiers $ 10 per hour to cover the front overflow??? There are always about 1 – 2 cashiers working with about 20 people waiting in line. I always end up leaving my items and heading for the door. Truly lack of management and leadership by whoever owns Burlington. Good luck once you get the new shops at this center.

I’m here all the time. Actually, it’s my go-​to store for name brand discounts, and my essentials like underwear. it can get a little messy, and very crowded at times, but I usually find what I need at a price I like.
I also like the tailor department. They’re usually very fast with their service and do a good job.
I wish they had a wider selection of shoes in my size (13), but that’s okay. I’d still recommend it for anybody looking for essentials at a good deal.

Worst retail and customer service experience ever! Employees are really slow and not willing to help. No accountability in this building.

This store has the slowest workers EVER. Where is the sense of urgency on a busy Saturday afternoon ???

Dont count on getting fast and helpful customer service. I asked a store employee if she could tell me the price of an item. She couldn’t find it so she sent me to the person in charge of that section. The employee in that section couldn’t figure out the price either so then I was sent to the cashier. No surprise there the cashier couldn’t find the price either so she told me I would have to wait 45mins for the manager to get back from lunch! I decided to just stick a similar items sticker on it! I paid and left!

Wish it were more organized like garden grove. I frequent here coz I live by this store. When I’m at work, I normally either go to garden grove or Fullerton.

I’m at Burlington love their style come check out! Great customer service sales all doing the week! Me and my kids live here. They have name brand that’s half price.

Me and my wife went to this location so I could found some casual shoe’s. I also find some nice pair of docker’s there. They had some vicious pair of casual shoe’s but they weren’t in my size! There clothes were ok in men section but they did have 2 leather tanktop that were sweet! My wife didn’t find anything she liked and the socks there were really weak sauce! This Burlington was ok they need a new shipment asap!

I love going to Burlington the Cerritos store is always messy but so far other stores have been nice…

3 stars: Women’s, Men’s & adult footwear: Marginally better than going to Ross or Marshalls because its a little cleaner & more organized. The prices are okay for what you get. Lots of merchandise but the bulk always seems to be brands that I’ve never heard of… knock offs of major retailers.
5 stars: They have a great selection on coats and kid ‘s apparel however. And I’m loving their maternity wear that’s a fraction of the stores in the mall. (Not a lot of choices but enough to find basics.) Dude, I’m wearing it for a few months tops… I don’t want to spend $ 80 on a pair of jeans that I can only wear on casual Fridays & the weekends!
Their return policy is unfortunately next to nothing, which is a huge negative motivator to go else where. Its a major downside if you don’t live close enough to return it in the same week you bought it. It comes down to: don’t buy it if you are on the fence, inspect the heck out of it & make sure its not damaged!

I always have a hard time finding dress pants for work since my size is so small. Some Unilocalers suggested this place (I’ve never been to one let alone know what this place was — kind of like Ross) & luckily, I was able to find 3 dress pants which fit me well! Prices are cheap & very reasonable. Paid less than $ 90.00 for 3 pairs of dress pants, 3 business casual tops & a pair of leggings. Yay!
And oh, this place isn’t bad as what some reviews say. The store isn’t a mess. Customer service though needs a little bit of work.

Even though this place got cheap items, they have by far, the worst cashiers. They’re so slow they make vegas traffic during holidays seems like nothing! !

Since I’m expecting a lil boy, I decided to check out the baby section that my boyfriend’s sister had suggested. Was a little on the fence about it since I heard some good things about Burlington but bad as well so i had took my mom and boyfriend with me. When we had came here about a month ago it was really backed because of Memorial Day weekend, but we had found everything I wanted to get for the room décor! It was unorganized but I didn’t mind, we had time to waste anyways.

I came here as an «sidekick» in the sense that I was with someone who wanted to go there (major role) and I was just taggin’ along (minor role). I had no intentions on buying anything. Simply to eye the place and watch for things so I could put it all in my Unilocal review.
I walked in and saw many, many clothing fixtures. Immediately, I thought ROSS. But I was wrong. On this day, the store was clean and very spacious. There is a nice amount of space between fixtures, allowing a customer to search without being bombarded by the next fixture of random clothing pressing against them.
Also, he clothes are separated in categories. I noticed sign such a «short sleeve shirts» and «denim shorts» which, to me, displays good organization.
I went to the restroom which, to my surprise was clean. Right near the rest room were hats, bags and jewelry.
Color me sucker. I bought a floppy hat. :-)
They also have a fragrance section and they sold Princess by Vera Wang. That made me smile however, I don’t usually shop here or places comparable so i couldn’t compare and contrast prices.
All in all, its a cool place. I would think that if you have any reason to get anything here, they’d have it. I’ll be back if need be!
