Buffalo Wild Wings

The second Buffalo Wild Wings location I have been to. I think the experience at this location was better than the other one in Burbank.
When we got there, it was packed in the dining area, and the hostess said there was at least a twenty five minutes wait. However, sitting in the bar area was no waiting. So guess where we sat? Yup! No doubt about it. We were surrounded with large flat screen TVs… and we sat on a bar stool table instead of regular tables in the dining area. We had a wonderful time.
We ordered an Artichoke Dip with fried crackers, French Fries, Mumbai Masala and Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings with bone in, and the Original boneless wings. We had ranch flavor and medium spicy flavor dips for our wings which was also served with a side of carrots and celery sticks. It was a delicious meal, and we washed it down with beer and a Margaritas.
Okay, the artichoke dip with crackers was no big deal. Just artichoke dip similar to the supermarkets except heated and served with fresh crackers. It was tasty though. The french fries are yours typical fries with too much salt. It was good though, how can you mess up on a filler food besides over cooking them? Well, it was a little overcooked. Now the chicken wings rocked! I like their Mumbai Masala wings. The sauce originated from India (the name) was delicious. It has a spicy herbal-​like taste with a kick of hot sauce. Delicious! The lemon pepper wings were good too. A bit dry but the salty and sour kick it had made it a hit! Very good! But the original boneless wings was just okay. I think they should have been cooked a little longer before served. A couple pieces was only lukewarm inside compared to the others that were sizzling hot. Anyhow, we didn’t complain because everything else was fine, especially the service that made up for it. The margarita was good. Original flavor with salt on the rim made it tasty. A little strong, but better than having it weak. My Apple Cider Beer was good. Didn’t taste the alcohol since it was only at 5% by volume. But the drinks goes hand in hand with the food.
The service was very good. The waiters kept checking up on us. My friend wanted to taste the different dipping sauces, and one of the other servers brought out samples. I thought that was nice of him. And the other waiter also kept coming over making sure we were fine. Hrmmm… excellent service from the male waiters because I was eating with two gal friends at the bar? Probably so, from reading the other reviews about this place. Lol.
Anyhow, it was a good dining experience. I would give it four stars. But I can’t because our order of the original wings were not fully cooked either because they rushed it since it was during busy hours. And maybe the chicken wing dipping sauces were not properly refrigerated?
The next morning I had a minor tummy ache… along with one of the friends too.
I’ll give it a good three stars for the good service, good drinks, and along with the other food items we ordered.
Minor improvements are needed… but can easily be corrected. Good luck!

Rude waiter, i sat down asked for a beer and he asked me for my id. Im a grown ass man to be identifying myself. Also, this dude thought it was cool to grab a chair and join the table as he took our order. Not only did he disrespect me as a man and show lack of conduct, but he served three straws at my table knowing there’s 4 drinks. Missed the 4^th straw. Smh.

Came in at 11:15pm on a Monday night and service was terribly slow. We ordered 2 orders of small traditional wings and 3 items from the happy meal menu but didn’t receive them until 45 mins

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
MY husband and I went yesterday for valentine’s, it took 20 mins for the waitress to come to our booth and ask if we wanted a drink after receiving our drinks no one came to take an order, we sat there for about an hour so we just finished our beer that we each got, asked a random waitress for our check paid and we just left.
WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!

This place is awesome the food us off the hook and the staff is is friendly the happy hour special are jack Daniels 3 bucks and beer is 3 bucks hello u can’t beet that and the food is 1^st class i highly recommend this place

Me and my fiancé had arrived before our party of 8 could arrive and when we went in to let them know we had a party the host had informed us that we would have to wait for half of our party to arrive to be seated (not a big deal). Currently 9 months pregnant and after waiting for about 20 minutes the manager saw I was pregnant and offered to have us seated so I can order some food, which was greatly appreciated since I was starving.
The hostess gave the menus to Allison who then proceeded to seat us and not long after our party had all arrived. The problems started off with us having to find our server to get drinks after sitting there for almost 15 minutes. Our food took a while to come out and some orders were messed up. We had asked our server for ranch probably 3 times. She probably only came back twice to check on us and refill our drinks. We even had to go looking for her again just to get our check. The food was good but I felt the service could have been better. She was nice but not very attentive and we felt like we were forgotten.

I came here on Saturday 01÷23÷16 with my hubby for some appetizers and a couple of beers…
when we got there… the parking lot was not full, so we went inside and gave our names to the hostess and asked for a booth… nothing special was happening that day… so we figured it wouldn’t be a bad thing… she had another party to sit ahead of us and as we were waiting to be seated, patrons that were seated at a table asked their server if they could switch to an empty booth… so he let them… he was told by the hostess that she had a party to seat at that booth, but he didn’t care… he just said they asked to move and the booth was open so he moved them.
we were seated in the booth next to where we were going to be seated… and waited while people that were seated after we were seated had their orders taken… a good 10 mins had passed since we were seated when we decided to leave.
I asked to speak to a manager as we were leaving and when he came up, he proceeded to tell me that the hostess did not communicate with the wait staff that she sat someone where we were seated… i was not about to let him make her the scapegoat… the waitstaff just did not acknowledge that we were there… it was their fault and only their fault
i have been here before and have not ever had terrible/​no service… not sure if i will ever be back at this location… we shall see

Food was ok, but the waiter service was horrible, the waiter never came to ask us if things were ok or if we needed refills, the food came out really slowly and took too long. The booth we got wasn’t even clean and there was a whole bunch of trash underneath it, i found crayons and even half eaten wedges and wings under the table. The employees were nice but they seemed to have more of an interest in each other than the customers. Most of the time they were just on the side of the restaurant talking to each other instead of making sure people had a full drink and a clean environment. I won’t be coming back here.

Total menu change affected my review.
The menu is now limited, I ordered what j thought was a delicious side of Mac and cheese and instead received a tiny cup full of noodles drenched in butter and milk no sign of cheese!
Tasted bland and will never order again!
Advice: stay away from the Mac and cheese or should I say no cheese!

Good happy hour prices and best place to watch sports games. Enjoy my time there with everyone.

I love coming here because it’s close to home and mango habanero is everything. (All flats!) Especially on Tuesdays when wings are 75 cents! I also enjoy their happy hour blue moon here (:
If you’re a mozzarella sticks lover, then come during happy hour to get them half off!
I also enjoy their basket of fries with a side of salt and vinegar !!!
As for their service, not the best or consistent. But I do think service is better in the bar area. I think they use the booths to train new servers. I’ve had some pretty bad service here. Just try to be as specific as possible with everything that you need in the beginning. (2 stars for service)

Usually the service freaking sucks here.
Long waits for everything. Came with my family of 6 on a Saturday night and knew I was in for a disaster.
My mom is probably the most impatient person you will ever meet and she’s a horrible customer, to be honest lol.
She changes her order every minute, even after the server walks away :-(and adds items on like crazy.
Surprisingly, our server Jose, made our visit very pleasant.
He was super patient and hilarious!
He repeated our orders to make sure he got everything right and everything came out perfect!

I’ve been to this place several time and all the time were horrible. Food is so overprice and quality is so bad. Sometimes wings are to hard, sometimes to soggy. Other stuff is way too expensive for the bad quality, I ordered nachos the other day for $ 11 and it was mostly chips and barely vegetables, can’t even taste the cheese or meet. Service is so slow even the place is not so packed. They also increase the price compare to other franchise.
This place is a fail, please don’t waste your money here

I went to go buy some food today a chicken sandwich and man that was hella expensive like who in their right mind would charge 15 bucks for a chicken sandwich like wtf I’m only gonna go there for happy hr from now on nothing more if I want a chicken sandwich I might as well buy it at from mc Donald

My husband and I have been to this particular location about 2 – 3 times and the food is totally DISGUSTING. It is over-​priced cafeteria food that lacks flavor, creativity and most importantly quality.
Their appetizers are grossly over priced and the food menu is all a bunch of dog sh*t.
Do not waste your money, time or taste buds. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this garbage that calls itself a restaurant.

Their are a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings joint all over the United States, but this one I will go back for more. I can all tell you that they have delicious wings and sport friendly when it comes watching your favorite NBA or NFL teams. But, the one thing it stands out in my opinion that I have beaten their Blazin challenge. And holy crap that was really agonizing, not only for my taste buds, but for my a** later on the day haha. You have to finish 12 habanero spice jumbo wings in just 6 minutes. It was a horrible idea, but hey anything I do for Unilocal lol.

This place is really a fail.
My friend put his name down and was told it would take about 15 minutes to get seated and others were told 20 – 30 minutes. Well what the fuck? There’s tons of empty tables in the dining area!
I wanted to say that they are understaffed and that’s the reason the service sucks when it’s full. But I’ve been here when it’s been empty and the service still sucked!
The management needs to be retrained on how to train their employees. I saw a bunch of tables trying to flag down their waiter just to get ignored. I even saw one customer stand right next to (what looked like) a manger or supervisor to ask her a question and she just ignores her and walked away.
It was slow to get our wings.
And after we got our wings, it took about 20 minutes for our waiter to check up with us. That fool was no where to be found! I even had to flag down another waiter because we didn’t get any napkins.
Saw a lot of dissatisfied customers leaving this place.
Just avoid this place at all cause! They need some Undercover Boss up in here! Or maybe a divine intervention to turn this place around!

Walked in — walked right back out.
We tried to catch week 1 of the NFL season here. Okay, I get that you have a «the entire party must be here before you can get seated» rule. But with the current construction zone cluster in the parking lot — 2 people from our party were having issues with finding parking (the drivers — duh!).
We asked if we could at least be seated while we waited for them to get a spot — especially with two hungry kiddos. We pretty much were told — no, the entire party needs to be present, regardless of the parking situation outside.
I was beyond furious with the situation. I understand you have a rule in place for no shows and game day or whatever, but with hungry kids and a parking lot cluster — you can’t exactly fault us for not having our party all present.
I definitely won’t be coming here EVER again, nor will any one else in our group. I’ll be spending my $$ elsewhere for beers and grub on NFL Sundays!

All I have to say is, at least it’s open late with lots of tvs playing sports (if you’re into that)
For some reason, my cherished Goose Island IPA wasn’t as good here. I had it on tap, maybe that’s why. But my Angry Orchard was pretty good.
My cousin braved the spiciest wings, at 4 of them, but said they weren’t THAT spicy. I had a bite too. Kind of lacked flavor and heat to boast spiciest level. Blazing wings, that’s what they were called.
I also had mozzarella cheese sticks, roasted garlic mushrooms, and the lemon pepper wings.
The mozzarella sticks were standard. Nothing to wow about. They were pretty good. The mushrooms vane as a surprise because I didn’t think they’d be deep fried. I must have missed that on the description. I was a bit dismayed at first, but then when I ate one, I was glad I ordered them. They too, were pretty good. What was awful were my lemon pepper wings. Flavorless and fry. Why!!! I normally get this flavor at Wing Stop and they are good. I thought an actual sit down wing joint would make them if not better at least similar. Oh, so disappointing! Don’t get the lemon pepper wings!!!

Now I had a terrible experience here before and decided to try out this location again. We were invited to check out the bar and didn’t find any seating, went back to the hostess and were seated in the restaurant.
Our server was amazing. It was a bit busy but she still managed to have personable service and make us laugh during our dinner. The food here is great and my server, Brenda, was one that I won’t forget. They’ve definitely turned this place around.
Although the food and service was great, I laugh at the .60 cent charge for a small cup of ranch. Pathetic, I think.
Other than that, happy to see a change in management and service strategy. Definitely will be back again and hoping to have that personable service consistently.
