We got a table in 10 to 15min. However 40 min to get our food. Seen our waiter maybe twice. I like BJ’S but probably won’t come back to this one.

They have a pretty good selection of vegetarian dishes, such as the veggie burger and vegetarian pizza. What really stands out for me though is an appetizer, the avocado rolls. It has a nice savory, slightly tangy combination of flavors all wrapped up in a nice, crispy eggroll. Then, the sweet tamarind dipping sauce takes it over the top. And pow — party in ya mouth! Order the root beer float, if you really want to treat yourself to an amazing drink/dessert.

This place gets packed! This place has nice décor, has a nice atmosphere, is a good place to get a drink and has a great food selection in the menu. Although the food selection is great, the food is not great. I have had so many items here but the only thing that stands out to me is the Pizooki! I have had the ribs, steak, Chicago-style deep dish pizza(Malnati’s they’re not!), burgers, chicken sandwiches and the grilled chicken alfredo. I actually just prefer to have a drink and eat appetizers here. I like the spinach and artichoke dip, mozzarella sticks, wings and potato skins. One big plus about this place is they do have a bar and wide beer selection. I have tried most of their own brews but don’t love any of their beers. I have had all of the originals but there are some newer beers that I have not tried yet. My favorite original is Hopstorm IPA but I see they now have a Committed Double IPA which I will try next.

Overall the food was amazing and the service was decent. It can get quite busy, depending on the days you decide to go. The pan pizza is to die for and the pizookies are a must!

Strolled in after buying makeup at the mall with my girlfriend and sat at the bar area. Waitress took a little while to get to us but she charged our drinks happy hour still because we sat right at 6:59pm lol winning! Friend got a blue moon & I got my usual Nutty Brewnette. We loved our food my friend got chips & salsa, a Caesar salad and a personal pizza all for $ 7.50! I got the Mediterranean chicken Pitas and it came with a little grain/bean salad. It tasted like a chicken chalupa from Taco Bell, this may sound insulting but if you knew me you would know that chicken chalupas are my fave from the TB menu! This was a healthier meal with perfect diced chicken and fresh tomatoes. Their dipping sauce was awesome! Grain Salad had some type of acidic vinaigrette dressing in it. Perfect balance of flavors and I was surprised BJ’s got it right! Perfect quick dinner for tonight, embarrassed to admit this but Karen our waitress came over and swiped my plate from under me during my final bite and I was taken by surprise lol. I mean come on let me enjoy my last bite! Aside from this she was friendly for the most part. Yes I will return! :) Food was on point today!

BJ’s Cerritos OK — Service, maybe because they are packed. Great: — DEEP dish pizza — Pizzooki’s — Draft Beer These may be why they are packed! If you haven’t had a Pizzooki’s, you have not lived. BJ’s is where they started. Ice cream on top of a warm, just baked cookie, yum!

It’s a pretty lively crowd at this location. Lots of bar seating and servers to help out. Lots of TVs to watch the games that are on that night. Unfortunately it is a chain restaurant, so you get the same food at every other BJ’s — average. We stopped by just for dessert because we were in the mood for something unique to BJ’s — the pizzookie. We had the mini-pizzookie sampler(cookies n’ cream w/oreo crust, chocolate chip with vanilla, and peanut butter cookie with vanilla. It was definitely very rich and decadent. The peanut butter cookie pizzookie was my favorite. So if you have a sweet tooth that wants cold with your cookie, by all means, stop at BJ’s!

I called here several times to make a reservation for a large party of at least 20 people and was told that the manager would call me back. When I didn’t hear back, I called again and was told the same thing again. The manager would call me back. No call back about anything. Its fine. I went somewhere with my family and friends that actually had a manager speak to me about having a large party attend their restaurant. I’ll be avoiding this place from now on.

Big fan of BJ’S they have great beers and good food. This Saturday decided to try this one. We normally go to the Rancho Cucamonga restaurant First of all they don’t have a pager system while you wait outside finally when they call our name ask the girl for a table instead of the both she could not even give me a time frame to wait for a table when I can see some were available. The waiter service was good as far as the Kitchen slow order the Broccoli Cheddar Soup with garlic knots. Wouldn’t you no it this was the last plate to our table like about 5 minutes later the garlic knots was coming after the soup was finish so we had to cancel. I will stick to the Rancho one.

Came here tonight to celebrate a birthday with the entire family. Had a wonderful dining experience. The wait was not too bad. Only 30 min. Not bad considering it is NBA playoff season and this is a bar where people come to watch sports. So we got seated for a table of 6 quickly. The food was very good. I got the Buffalo Chicken deep dish pizza and my family got the Spicy Chicken Hawaiian. Both very good as always. They are known for their deep dish here. Came out promptly and hot! My dad got the Jambalaya. He really enjoyed it and said it tasted well made. Wife got the Southern Fried Chicken. The chicken was juicy which is very important for most places serve dry chicken. She got a side of maple syrup with it. Went perfect with it. Our server Robbie was legit. He’s got a really outgoing and charismatic personality. First I have seen at BJ’s. He was actually breaking our main server but dang he was the best sever we have ever had here. The only bad thing about tonight was when we sat down the table was sticky and not wiped well but it wasn’t a big deal since the hostess got our table cleaned right away. And as always I don’t even need to write on, the Bazookies. Bomb as always. Got a mixture of flavors. I shouldn’t have eaten them. I was stuffed and ate too dang much. But it was freaking good. I prefer this BJ’s over the Brea one.

I had my doubts about being seated when my friend and I walked in and there were about 10 people waiting… but we were seated approximately 60 seconds after he put his name in. The young lady who at the front desk said«Enjoy your meal!» What a nice touch. We were there for an intimate belated birthday celebration. We ordered beer(I had the Harvest Hefeweizen, he had the Oasis Amber) and a Pepperoni Extreme pizza with mushrooms. Pretty darn good pizza, I must say. They aren’t stingy with the pepperoni. During the course of ordering and whatnot, our waitress — Tiffany — discovered we were there to celebrate my friend’s birthday(a week late). Since she carded him she knew we weren’t making it up. During our meal she handed us over to Sara… and she brought my friend a little birthday dessert complete with lit candle. Tiffany and Sara both were friendly, efficient, and followed-through on everything they said they would, which was a very nice, refreshing experience. Although BJs can be a bit loud, we had a very nice time. So the reason for the 5 stars: quick seating, friendly, efficient waitstaff, delicious food, and an overall friendly, fun atmosphere!

This review is for BJ’s curbside which is simple, timely and efficient. That makes it amazing in my book. I have been to other locations(namely the one in Downey) where they leave you waiting outside for long periods of time. I have been to this one a number of times and it does not let me down. You simply place your order online, park in the reserved curbside parking and your food is ready on time. Great!

Very surprising when I told my sister I’ve never eaten at this restaurant before, so we decided on come here on a Saturday afternoon. We were quickly seated, we had high hopes of our appetizers but we were disappointed. The artichoke dip looked like it was just heated in the microwave. They severed us about four handfuls of chips but five dipped serving of dip. Food wise… it’s alright. My ravioli deep dish was so hard I couldn’t cut through it with a knife. Decided to give up after two bites. My sis ordered the chicken fried steak, the sides were the highlight of the dish. Our server would of made more money off of me if he would ask if I’d like a refill of my beer(big beer brewery fan) but never came around until the end of giving us our checks and boxes with no bag to put it in. I’ll probably only come with friends to just drink and watch the game, but not to wine and dine.

If you are looking for somewhere to go eat on a weekend and have a few drinks, this is a good option for your list. Came on a Saturday, which of course most places are pretty crowded at times. Found seats at the bar, since you do not have to wair, first come first serve. The two bartenders were really cool. The guy introduced himself and the other bartender that either of them would be able to help us out. They made sure we were good the whole time with food or drinks. I like the nice dim setting. The noise is average for a restaurant, you do have to talk a little louder but the music is not loud but loud enough to hear. They don’t have many tvs here but enough to see at the bar. They have a wide variety of beers, but not so much mixed drinks, but they are good. Only thing I don’t like about bjs is that it gets a little pricey for the drinks. If you don’t want to eat or drink, I suggest you try the pazookie. Super good, a cookie on the bottom with a few scoops of ice cream on top!

BJ’s always hits the spot. I’m a lover of burgers, and when I come across something special, I’ve got to spread the word. One of my favorite burgers ever is from BJ’s: the Double Deluxe, which I had the pleasure of devouring at this location in Montebello. It is monstrous and as equally satisfying as it is in size. The Double Deluxe is two beef patties, under a pile of tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, applewood smoked bacon, cheddar AND Swiss cheese, BJ’s signature sauce, topped off with crispy onion strings. Pair it with a side of potato wedges(see picture provided) and you’ve got a whopping 1,690 calories on your plate. There’ll be plenty to box and take home, I’ll tell you that. This burger is so juicy and packed with tons of flavor(literally packed) that all meshes together wonderfully –it grants a feeling of utter satisfaction throughout your taste buds left and right. Aside from monstrous burgers, there is a good selection of food and innovative delightful appetizers such as avocado egg rolls. Very popular are the pizzas here. I had the pleasure of trying a few different ones on the night of my birthday here and they all satisfied myself and my friends/family. There is also a great selection of beer!(Duh. Brewery.) You can’t pass on the PIZOOKIES. What is a pizookie, you ask? Shame on you! Head to Bj’s and indulge in what may be your new favorite dessert. To simply put it, a Pizookie is kind of like a deep dish cookie, topped with ice cream. This results in the ice cream slowly melting atop the fresh-out-the oven, hot and gooey cookie goodness, creating an array of flavors in your mouth. It’s hot meets cold, satisfaction guaranteed! My favorite is the chocolate chip with vanilla ice cream. They were nice enough to put a candle on my pizookie on my birthday. Additionally, the party next to us(also a large party) sang Happy Birthday for me along with our huge table. It led to the entire restaurant singing along as well! I had tears in my eyes, that was memorable. The ambience is what I would call«fun». BJ’s is super family friendly, great for large groups(I had a dinner on my birthday at this location with a party of 18), great for a meet for lunch kind of thing. It’s fun to head to BJ’s because the ambience is so cool and the food and beverages are so great. Parking is never too bad. Wait times are respectively reasonable. Service is always outstanding, servers are attentive, fast, and friendly. They are extra helpful by giving honest recommendations based on personal preference and what they see is most popular. I appreciate spending my money(and tipping generously) where service and food reach my expectations and BJ’s exceeds them! The only reason for 4 stars is because of a previous bad experience. There’s a first time for everything but this experience upset my whole party and we weren’t compensated or anything, and definitely felt that it is worth mentioning. I wish I could have been helped by someone from management or had at least been taken care of properly. The good outweighs the bad, right? I hope my next visit is as wonderful as it’s been in the past! Thanks for all the good times BJ’s.

BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is one very busy place. The night we visited, the place was packed! Fortunately, the wait was not too long. Restaurant was larger than my hometown branch. Just as clean and friendly too. My favorite entrée at this chain restaurant used to be one of their pizza selections. Lately, not so much. Now anytime I go to a BJ’s location, I will order something different. For this visit, I chose to try their California Chicken Club Sandwich. The description of this item on the menu sounded yummy. Unfortunately, the taste was bleh. Simply bland! Oh well, at least I know not to order that item anymore. The saving grace was dessert! Thank goodness, the Pizookie was as good as ever! Cannot go wrong with any of their cookies, but White Chocolate Macadamia is my all time favorite! Save room in your tummy for these treats!

Lunched at BJ’s. Have been wanting to try it for a while. Never an opportunity. Nice ambiance: Low lights. Warm. Cozy. TV sets for sports buffs. Murals and paintings for color and appreciation. Good service: Quick, which was especially appreciated since we were there during lunch. Attentive. Waiter timed our beignets to be ready for take-out as soon as we completed our meal. Manager visited tables to inquire about patron’s service and comfort. Price: Luncheon pricing very reasonable. Same as a burger and fries from the local drive-thru. Lots of locals: Kids to work mates to senior citizens. Dress: Comfortable. Nothing fancy during the day. Food: Tasty. Luncheon portions rule. We’re not big eaters and I hate to take home leftovers that normally wind up in the trash. (1) Hubby’s sandwich didn’t require extra condiments. Fries. .. crisp and yummy. Not over salted. His order came with a salad, which was more than he eats at home. Left with a full tummy. (2) My Fried Chicken: Crispy outside, tender inside. Served over mash potatoes and kernels of corn. Topped with gravy. Enjoyable, but the breading could use a dash more spices. I should have asked for Sriracha. (3) Beignets: We chose to take home. Nicely packed. I didn’t read the description well. Thought all beignets are fried. Wrong. Clearly advertised as «baked.» Accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, strawberries and whip cream. Not a great take-out item. I think they’re better eaten hot with ice cream melting into the bun. Happy we finally tried BJ’s. We’ll definitely be back.

I gotta say… I really do like this place. Nice clean and casual atmosphere. Perfect for lunch, dinner or my favorite, Happy Hour! The beer selection is pretty damn good! Beers for every discerning pallet. My beer of choice would be the Jeremiah Red or Tatonka. Oh yes. They really do the trick. Ok enough about the beer. Food selections are great. By the way the bar maids are totally cool. Definitely a plus! On another occasion I came here with the family and was waited on by Cianne(Spelling?) she was awesome! Thanks for the pleasurable experience.

Rolled up this past weekday for dinner with my young kidlet. The woman at the host station upon check in wasn’t friendly at all. No smile, no «hello, how are you». Look, if you’re the first employee a customer comes in contact with, please try and at least fake that you’re not bitter being there? Though there were tables empty, we still had to wait about 10 mins. We were seated in the bar area at a tiny table — I would have rather sit at a booth or traditional table, but didn’t want to wait any longer so I didn’t mention anything to the wait staff. Our waitress was much more welcoming than the hostess we first interacted with. She took our order promptly and brought us drinks soon thereafter. We ordered the appetizer flatbread pepperoni pizza, and the fried calamari. The calamari came out first and it was obvious that it hadn’t been fried at the correct temp as there were pools of grease on the plate and the breading was falling off many of the pieces. The calamari was also rubbery with not a lot of flavor. It was served with a bland marinara sauce and a lemony aioli. When our flatbread pizza arrived, the server scowled at me when he looked at the munchkin sized table and there was nowhere to put the giant rectangular plate down. Of course not when the small table is already crowded with our first plate, BJ’s giant drink menu, and specials advertisement board. Him just standing there not moving made it obvious that he wasn’t going to bother helping me move anything around to make space, so I set down my food, wiped my hands and removed the menu and board to an adjacent table. Aside from our main server, the employees here were rude, and very unhelpful. The pizza was ok. Better than the poorly executed calamari, but I felt like there wasn’t enough cheese. But if you like pepperoni, this is the pie for you. This pizza is loaded with pepperoni! The taste was ok, and my son and I enjoyed it enough to finish it off. Only nice thing about this particular visit was that when the check came, the cost of the pizza was lower than menu price because we ended up coming during happy hour. Score. Aside from that, I don’t know if I’d want to return to this location. On the off chance that management reads this review, please re-train your employees on good customer svc practices.
