Absolutely Awesome! I love the. Variety of food trucks and how nice the organizers are. Hopefully they find a new weekly spot soon

After regularly going to the Tuesday night food trucks in Cypress at the Home Depot and watching the roaches wander unafraid in the parking lot, this place was a slice of paradise. What brought me was seeing my FAVORITE food truck, the Ragin Cajun, was here. I am absolutely addicted to their sausage chicken corn bisque. If you haven’t had it, stalk them now until you do. It’s probably a bazillion calories but it is a treat. I love how they have tables set up for diners to sit down and eat. We normally bring our own chairs and table to these types of events so it’s great to see they are proactive. I wish more food truck round ups would take notes on how to do it right. They request a $ 1 «donation» at the entrance. Didn’t know this when we cut between two trucks to get in. I’m not sure where the money goes(maybe to buy the tables and chairs?) but it’s the first time I’ve seen such a thing for a regular weekly food truck event. Lots of great trucks with interesting options. The area is clean and plenty of lighting. So Tuesday night at the trucks in Cypress has been replaced with Wednesdays in Cerritos. YAY!

I simply loved the menu of the Street Kitchen… the lobster sliders are to die for. Excellent food excellent service… however get there early if you want to experience the fried corn the Fry Fry truck has to offer it must be a favorite because they were out and I was disappointed.

Great food!!! I like the new layout better than the original… There’s always a change in the trucks. Something new every week. Lots of people and great attractions… Can’t wait till next week. 15 dollars gets your stomach full. Love this place…

More food choices in Cerritos! Hah funny thing is that people at the table I was sitting at was naming off places to go to next to grab boba or dessert. I like the new layout that they have. More spacious and more tables! Yay! It’s nice to be able to sit down and eat your food rather than eat on the trunk of your car or on the curb hah. Thanks Atomic Eats!

Great food, diversity, and crowds. Terrible seating, music after 7 and, well, crowds. The music is what makes me most unhappy with this event. We’re trying to eat, not go to a club, take that kind of ear screeching crap over to a barbecue with sonatas and slip n’ slides. No need to have a shirt mixing stuff together and putting down remixes, just have nice medium paced music that isn’t too loud. I missed my name being called for an order twice because it was blaring. Beside that issue, it’s fantastic fun and the little lady and I have been going consecutively for a few months. Be sure to bring lots of money, so far only the White Rabbit truck has been Cash Only. And I’ve only known the Grilled House truck to add tax.

What a great event! You get a great selection of food trucks from all over orange and LA county. I even got a great description of every truck and an inside look on how to start and run a food truck from the coordinator of the even Maita. He was very nice and explained how his event always has different trucks rotating on a weekly basis. I highly recommend this event on Wednesdays in Cerritos.

My cuzzo and I ordered lobster tacos from the«Cousins Maine Lobster» food truck — 3 tacos for $ 10 — and from another food truck, we ordered the filet mignon taco(and two fish tacos) & the Cajun lobster slider(with bacon and avocado) — all under $ 20 bucks. It was all so delicious, especially the filet mignon taco!!! P. S. The food trucks are all next to the Babies R’ Us, so you can park in their parking lot! Woo!

The line-up is always changing, but it’s always worth the visit. You shouldn’t be here on a diet, but it’s your life choices! Located in the parking lot adjacent to Babies ‘R Us, this food truck meetup is definitely worth a dinner stop. Most trucks accept card now, so that shouldn’t be a problem. If you must grab cash, there are several banks nearby! Anywho, expect to pay at least $ 8 to get your fill of food, but closer to $ 15 if you’re looking to grab a drink and really stuff yourself. Remember that you’re paying for quality(most of the time), so leave your negative Nancy attitude OUTTAHERE. Bring friends for the maximum food truck experience.

The signage says American Diabetic Association, Unilocal says Atomic Eats, a little misleading but don’t be confused… they share a parking lot with Baby R Us, on South St., across the street from Target. Don’t go to the one near Lucille’s. That’s the wrong one. Donations are welcome. During the summer they have had 6 to 8 trucks, small gathering but a good mix, few sweet trucks and rest are savory. Since these are LA trucks and tend to be pricey but are worth checking out if you’re in the area.

This is a really good selection of trucks, but usually is a little pricey. Since Cerritos is on the Los Angeles County border, many of the trucks are from the LA area. As of late, the trucks regulars have been Phantom, White Rabbit, Rajun Cajun, Rancho a Go Go, Lobos Truck, Trailer Park Truck. They also usually have a dessert truck or two for those with a sweet tooth. Worth checking out. You will find some trucks here that you might not find in your Orange County roamings…

Yes, Wednesday nights at the Baby’s R Us parking lot, not Toys R us down the street. I remember when they first had it, it was only 3 – 4 trucks and it was parked at the far left side of the store. Now they have 5 – 6 trucks and they are parked closer to South Street. Yes the donation is not required but I have done my part. The good thing about this location is that a lot of the LA food trucks(like lobsta truck and the cupcake truck from Ontario) will go to this location. The bad thing about this location is that it’s slowly dying. I’m surprised its been here that long. If you are in the area on Tuesdays, go to the Home Depot on Lincoln in Cypress, they have more trucks. If you are in the are on Thursdays, Los Alamitos din din is on Katella and Los Al(but that one is also having less foot traffic). All in all, do support your favorite food truck. Follow them on twitter or like me, I follow @foodtruckerOC.

Food trucks are easy to like, and even better when they meet at a regular location weekly. Atomic Eats lines up a decent variety of trucks on Wednesday night. This truck meet loses a couple of stars from a lack of seating/tables and strange use of caution tape to corral the crowd into a small space(which made the Grilled Cheese truck line go nuts). Was anyone able to find a beer counter?

I LOVE me some Food Trucks! Even better when there are more than 5 in one location :) Went to the Baby’s R Us parking lot on a Wednesday night and was not disappointed! Got there early because there were a few trucks that I KNOW either always have enormous lines or they sell out before I get any :( I had a plan(until the Grilled Cheese Truck pulled up) the«plan» was Belly Bombz, My Delight & Macho Nacho… that changed to My Delight, Grilled Cheese and Belly Bombz(But I missed those Nacho’s all night) Other trucks that were there Flippin Yolk(Never had this) Buttermilk Truck(never had this) Meet the Greek(never had this) Fry Girl(never had this) Slap yo mama(never had this) Cousin’s Maine Lobster(never had this, but saw em on Shark Tank) Ta Bom(never had this) Trailer Park(never had this) Damn, looks like I have a lot of trucks to try! I did try for the first time Belly Bombz… OMG! This one originated in Long Beach, how could I have been missing this for so long?! I ordered the Pork Belly Slider with Firecracker Boneless Wings & Bomb Fries, WOW, this was so good!!! I’m not usually a «fry» person, but these have got to be the best damn fries I’ve had! That bomb spice really is «Bomb». My wife had the Mother’s recipe boneless chicken, those were so good! Perfect amount of sweet and tangy! From My Delight Cupcakery we had the Sampler, I have been dying to try these cupcakes for months, maybe even a few years! I was not disappointed with these cupcakes Snicker-doodle, Breakfast, Dulce de Leche! These cupcakes make me sad that it’s taken so long for me to actually catch up with this truck! Grilled Cheese Truck, Waffle Wednesday, Southern style fried chicken on a waffle with cheddar cheese, served with Maple syrup. This was pretty yummy! I’ve eaten from this truck a few times in my life and they are always good! I love the one with Balsamic and the Mac n Cheese, you can never go wrong with a Grilled Cheese, luckily we were the 2nd in line so our wait was not too crazy! Def looking forward to returning on another Wednesday night for some good eats!

It was amazing that we happened to be going to Babies R Us today Wednesday taht me and my wife noticed Lunch Trucks parked together on the other side of the lot. After checking out at the store, we decided to check the lunch trucks out, and alas we felt that food festival atmosphere in the heart of suburban Cerritos is just amazing! 10 I was so excited I bought 3 items from 3 different trucks. haha! My fav is the pulled pork cheese from BBQ A gogo, I also had a Lobster sandwich from(YES! a lobster lunch truck) Cousins Maine Lobster, and for dessert, White chocolate champorado from Whtie Rabbit! Only set back is the amount of seating in the area, but its a lunch truck so seats are a luxury. Quality Lunch Truck every Wednesday night at the Babies R’ Us parking Lot, absolutely made my day!

Food trucks in Cerritos = perfect Wednesday date night option. Me and the PYT scoped this place out and gladly donated the $ 1 admission fee(not required) to the non profit that organized the food truck orgy, signed up for future mailing to find out which trucks are coming each Wednesday(can also be found on facebook), and went on our merry way to stuff our faces. So far our food truck options have included: WHITERABBIT| fiipino’s flock to this truck SLAPYOMAMA| Cajun/Creole food(sucked) THEBUNTRUCK| Korean food in white chinese buns. RANCHO A GOGO| Pulled pork BBQ(very dry) RICEBALLSOFFIRE| Not worth. $ 4 for a spam musubi?! L&L sells theirs for $ 1. BUTTERMILK| novelty breakfast items such as red velvet pancake chips LOMOORIGATO| Peruvian food such as Lomo saltado THELOBOSTRUCK| Waffle fries piled w/delicious heart-attack-waiting-to-happen options ANDMYFAVORITE: BELLYBOMBZ| Wings, Fries & Sliders. Yes, yes and yes. If this place had a permanent restaurant around the 90703 area, I would be there on a weekly basis. SOGOOD! For those wanting to enjoy Cerritos nightlife away from boba or looking to plan a fruitful date, look no further, the PYT really enjoyed the night and can’t wait to come back! Tips: Bring cash or prepare to pay a 50 cent surcharge for using card. Stay near the truck so when they call out your name, no random weirdo will swipe your food. Very limited seating(16 chairs) in the middle of the circle of trucks, so if all the seats/tables are taken, expand your date night to the mall’s food court or go across the street to a romantic setting i.e. Starbucks patio, it has front row seats to a beautiful fountain and South Street’s flashing lights. Enjoy!

Atomic Eats makes Wednesday nights the true mid-week oasis, at least in the dining sense. Food truck sit in a circle so you can go round first and pick what you’d like to eat. The event is hosted by local charity and recommends(but doesn’t require $ 1 entry fee). I love Currywurst; they have curry-cheese fries with onion fries, curry sauce, curry cheese sauce and curry powder! Belly Bombz Korean Wings & Sliders was a bit of a letdown, the wait was 20 minutes and while the wings were pretty good, the Bomb Dust Fries have so much sugar on them they’re almost inedible. My two favorites are: 1. The Turtle Waffle at Waffles de Liege — a hot crispy waffle with pecans, chocolate and caramel syrups, and whipped cream 2. Corn Heaven. Fresh roasted corn served either on the cob, in a bowl, or even in a bun. They’ve got plain butter & salt, mayo, lemon zest, Parmesan, Chipotle, and Caribean flavors. They sell out FAST so if you’re coming for the corn come early.

There’s always a good line-up of food trucks every wednesday night from 5pm-9pm at this Babies R Us in Cerritos location. Friendly greeters and organizers of this one-day-a-week food extravaganza. There are a few chairs and tables, but many will bring their own or tailgate it style in the parking lot. A few favorite trucks that are regularly here: Rancho A-Go-Go Ragin Cajun Cousin’s Maine Lobster Truck Buttermilk Truck Lobsta Truck Macho Nacho Truck … and more! You’ll never know who’s gonna show up, unless you follow Atomic Eats on Twitter. or maybe you like the surprise not knowing until you get there. :) *Donations are greatly appreciated as these organizers spend their time to help put this event on. Also, clean after yourselves! I’ve seen people leave a mess behind. :P

Tried this food gathering because they have Cousin maine lobster making stops here and I won’t have to drive to LA for this truck or any LA or IE based truck. SCORE!!! Great selection of trucks each week. Only issue is the organizers pack them so close to eachother that its HOTASHELL up in that little 4 square ;) Im sure its not their fault and the City of Cerritos probably told them to utilize that tiny corner space the best they can. I think its nice that they have a real entrance and some tables and chairs for you to grub on IF you can snatch one up. For me I rather eat at my car because its a sweaty hot mess if I stay in that circle LOL. I will be coming back since I am a former Don and its nice to come back to where I used to grow up! Oh and someone please bring back The Upper house!!! Best boba spot I ever had :(:(

The hardest thing about food trucks is tracking them down. Sorry, I’m lazy — I don’t have to follow someone on Twitter to eat at my fave brick-and-mortar joint. That’s why things like Atomic Eats that lasso together a bunch of trucks for a couple hours is so awesome. Yes, the truck selection is hit-or-miss but mileage varies from person to person and the variety is usually broad enough that you’ll find something you’ll enjoy. Also, it’s a suggested donation to get in — not a mandatory fee. I think it’s unfair to dock for that — can’t blame them for trying!
