HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went there looking for a particular shoe only to find two employees working (one on the phone and the other laying down on the only bench in the store used for patrons trying on shoes). After waiting approximately 7 minutes for assistance I finally decided to walk out, but before doing so I took a picture of the employee laying down on the bench. This place used to be really nice with great customer service, but the last few times I’ve been it’s been lacking. I don’t know what happened. I’ll stick to on-​line ordering…

They need way way way better employees to take care of us, the costumers. This is part of the reason why I don’t care for Aldo shoes, because their service isn’t up to par to the good looking shoes. Cerritos store specifically left me on hold for quite some time, but that’s just minor compare to how they stare you down when you walk in! Dressed up or dressed down, costumera should still get that same quality service with no judgement. Oh yeah, that goes for the Santa Ana Main place store too! The girls there can’t even play it off because they made it so obvious. I guess I got lucky and got okay service since I was dressed up in my work clothes! The other part that sucks is they can’t check on your ordered items without the ordered number. Please upgrade your system to be able to check orders in different ways! It’s such a inconvenience if I happen to forget my order number.

The most uncomfortable shoes ever !!! I’m talking about the heels … I am not buying my shoes at Aldo’s ever again. BIG mistake. I’ll just buy my shoes at Nordstrom.

I have called this place several times, and each time I get LEFT on hold. When I hang up to try to call back and talk to someone, the line is busy because the people working there do not check their phone lines. Terrible service. All the time, ALDO!

Went in to buy some shoes today and SAM was completely helpful in helping me find the right size. The store was pretty busy but she even went out of her way to call and see if the Stonewood store had the other pair of shoes I wanted to buy! She definitely made my shoe shopping experience worth the trip!

If I could, I’d give this store no stars at all. I always come here and shop. Today’s visit was horrible. The customer service was so bad. Just because it’s busy, the service given shouldn’t change with any customer.
I came with my boyfriend to exchange his shoes for a different one. One of the workers kept the shoes and our receipt. Afterwards, after finding the shoes that he wanted. Our receipt was no where to be found. All of the workers kept asking us who had helped us when we walked in. We don’t know names. No one was wearing a name tag!
Instead of being rude. You should train the workers to be more organized when an exchange or return is being done. Instead of looking confused and making us lose patience. It’s not our fault that the receipt was lost. Smh!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on two separate occasions and both came defected with pen marks and black sticky residue. Do they not check for quality before shipping them to customers??? Average wait time 4 weeks! Not worth the wait at all.

Okay shoes but not as much variety as I’d like, best go online and see all of them so that you could maybe have it ordered and sent in store.
The people working there were always happy and helpful, but don’t be decieved. They clearly need to hire for more than just good smiles. The guy who sold me soles for my shoes only put one in there, so I guess I paid 10 bucks for half my comfort. He couldn’t even help with choosing an appropriate sole and was struggling to help me. Then the woman who sold me the pair of oxfords I saw online for 50 $ overcharged me at least 20 $. She and I both clearly saw the site when I pointed out the pair for her to look-​up and order; seeing as how the original price was 100 and the sale price was 50, I don’t see where she pulled 76 from. When I came back in and showed her the receipt, another girl told me to come back another time when the shoes arrived in order to get my money back. Awful. Young and smiling and apparently eager to help workers but I’ve definitely seen better from other Aldo’s.

They had 4 chicks working that day and there was no one and the people working were still giving me attitude. This place isnt even worth going…

Best Place, the workers are so Nice, it was very rewarding having someone actually care about how the shoes fit. It was like having a personal shopper/​stylist with Me…

Every employee who works at this location is SUPER nice and went above and beyond to help me. I needed a shoe stretched and Danny, I believe, was so on top of it! OMG. Amazing staff. Super super cute shoes. Great accessories as well. I love this place. ;)

I LOVE this store! The shoes are a bit pricey for me, but still really really cute. I found quite a few pieces that I loved in the small accessories section, though.
Walking further through the mall, I found Aldo Accessories. EEK! Jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses galore. I always smile when I see this store. The employees are SUPER helpful. Last time, the guy asked if I was looking for something for a particular outfit. He helped me try to pick out a hat and didn’t make it awkward when they weren’t fitting my gigantic head. But we finally found one! He let me know of the sale going on and was happy to look for a pair of gloves that were on display. The prices are pretty good, too! It’s quality jewelry, so it’s not going to be dirt cheap, but some items have surprisingly low prices. I got three pairs of studs for $ 8 at full price.
I recently introduced my sister and best friend to Aldo Accessories and they feel the same way about it as I do: great selection, excellent service, and reasonable prices.

This is actually for the Aldo accessories in the the Cerritos mall, since they’ve got them separated. I LOVE this place. Lots of selection, OK prices… It isn’t a store that I frequent too often, but when I do, I have great experiences. The workers there are extremely friendly and helpful. I went in looking for a watch with a huge face and the girl there showed me everything they had and let me try them all on. I couldn’t figure out how to open the darn things and I felt reeeeally stupid, but the worker, even though she probably THOUGHT I was a dumbass ’cause I didn’t know how to open a watch, didn’t make it obvious and helped me out anyway.
They’ve got both mens’ and womens’ accessories. The store is always organized. Stop in if you want to feel welcomed and to look at some unique accessories.

EVERY time I walk into this small store, I fall in love with at least one pair of shoes! It’s addicting for me. Buying shoes I mean. I have a closet full of shoes, yet I always need more! It’s a weird kind of love I have with shoes. And don’t tell anyone this, but I don’t even wear half the shoes I own! But I love them anyway!
This store is always really bright and beautiful. They have some of the best shoes ever! Boots, sandals, heels, and flats. I just love coming into this store. Absolutely freaking love it.
