I came here to activate a replacement phone. Beverly helped me, and got me up and running in less than 5 minutes. She’s awesome! She also greeted everyone else who came into the store. Very friendly and completely professional. Thanks!

AT&T will now reduce your data speed if you go over the 2 gig threshold… BS!!! I have unlimited data for last 7 years and now their dictator tactics will cause millions to go to Verizon !!! Customer Service told me they have no control of corporate decisions. Everybody complain to the Better Business bureau and see how they feel when they pull their license. . Update…went in to get a quote on adding a line for a family member and believe it or not… In a nutshell… My current bill has been $ 65/mo. Unlimited data plan since 2007, after employee did some miracle calculus with intricate formulas this is what his final tally was… from $ 65 a month to $ 207/mo AND loose unlimited data!!! WTF! To add ONE line??? NOT in this LIFETIME!!! Am I in North Korea???

I will be a fair critic… My experience was not bad at all. I know how much we all hate cell phone providers. But out of all of them, I think AT&T is doing the best job. I came into this one because I didn’t know that if I want to activate a new phone, my iPhone4s, I was suppose to remove my SIM card and move it over to the new one. Well I didn’t and it deactivated the card on my old one. I wanted to give my Iphone4 to my mom but couldn’t because AT&T told me it was deactivated. So the rep on the phone said if they were to send a new one out it would cost me $ 25 for a new SIM card. Thats dumb. So I went to the store. Told the guy what happened and he gave me a new card free of charge and activated and adjusted my plan accordingly to add a basic date plan. I was in and out within 10 minutes so it was not bad at all.

I have reached a new low in customer service. After repeated calls to the customer service, friendly, but not helpful. Listen At$t, I can’t get a call in my house, no it’s not my phone, its your service! It Sucks! It’s not like I live in a rural area, I live in the middle of Orange County. Is asking for a signal too much? I was told I could drop my service if I was not satisfied. That’s the answer I get after a year of service.

If you were thinking of running into ATT for customer service or tech support, don’t!!! ATT has horrible customer service and even less impressive tech support. Your probably better off throwing your phone out the window while in Traffic on the 5 than hoping that someone that works for ATT can actually help you. ATT is the scourge of the wireless world. And they spread their blight all over Cingular.
