Had issues with setting up the internal power so I took my PC down. They looked at it and told me where I went wrong setting it up and what needed to be connected. They offered to do it it but they would have to charge or I can do it my self and save the 60 bucks service fee. I thought it was great because if Best buy or Staples looked at it they would of taken my money and run. Forget geek squad all my business is now only for adtech. Cheers guys!

I had an opportunity to check out adtech while i was in town over the holidays visiting family who had some computer needs/upgrades that were long over due. I already knew most of what I needed and what I needed to know about the stuff I was buying. The staff made here helped me out with my needs both in making sure I had everything I needed as well as offering different options(a few of the options were even cheaper than I was already going to spend.) I ended up buying just what I needed and was able to get the family PC up to par in time for xmas. Overall, it was a great experience.
