O’Blarney’s Irish Pub

Irish Car Bombs… Great on the second round. They brought the shots in plastic shot glasses on the first round and plastic floats… so the drink doesnt mix, and you get a mouthful of the shot, then just the beer. Not what I ordered… but when we explained and requested glass on the next round they happily obliged.
Salads… great! Shepherds Pie… awesome! Loved it, actually.
Service was fair, and friendly. It wasnt too busy but I would say it was certainly a steady Saturday lunch shift. I would totally come back next time we wander up that way.

Great good great service! For people with bad reviews maybe check your attitude before you come in! I have had some not so friendly servers but the food is awesome oriental chicken salad is bomb. Our waiter was a bartender since we came in at 130 when its slow was very nice and attentive!

The staff is really friendly, and that they really work as a team, so the services are excellent. The food there is a great portion for a good price, also delicious.

Came to O’Blarneys while in Centralia to root on Holms & McGregor (don’t even start with me, I’m still sad over it). It was a $ 5 cover charge to get in, which isn’t bad considering if we had ordered it PPV it would’ve been much more expensive.
The front of O’Blarney’s is the «pub» area. There’s tons of seating and a nice little lounge type room, and the center of the room is the bar. My boyfriend and I were kind of bummed that they only have one dart board — and please be aware that it’s SHIT. It worked as far as playing on it goes, but the board is old and no matter how good you are, your darts aren’t going to stick in the board. They also have pool tables if I remember correctly.
We sat in the restaurant portion of the pub for the fights and it’s a completely different world. It goes from a pub style atmosphere with dim-​lighting and lots of wooden furniture to a white-​washed room. Didn’t like that so much, but oh well. We got to sit right in front of a television and had a great seat for the fights.
The food here is great too! We ordered the appetizer sampler to start — I loved their clam strips and mozzarella sticks. The beer buddies and the onion rings were just alright. The onion rings were kind of soft or else I would’ve liked them for sure. For dinner, I ended up getting the Shepherd’s Pie… AMAZING. The portion is huge (I was only able to finish half) and it’s a really good savory meal to try if you’ve never had a Shepherd’s Pie! I also got to choose a soup or salad side; I chose soup because it was Smoked Salmon Chowder… It was freaking amazing. I could eat that everyday of my life and would never get tired of it.
For my boyfriend to get 2 individual Shocktops, and then realizing we wanted a pitcher of Shocktop, and each of us ordered something for dinner… It was only $ 60. Definitely affordable!
If it wasn’t for McGregor I probably wouldn’t have come to this Irish pub, but I did! And I loved it. Great pub for pretty much any occasion.

Not only do they offer great drinks but the soup of the day is no joke! Friendly fast service!

Until this weekend, the wife and I visited routinely for lunch when in Centralia. We continue to go once a week from the day they opened because the food was always great and the service was phenomenal. This time we decided to go for dinner and have the ribeye with our son. However I will never return to this restaurant in my entire life, because I was completely and utterly treated like s*** and disrespected.
It took 15 minutes for Missy or Misty (M) to even walk to our table and asked if we wanted water. The first thing I noticed is that evening shifts runs completely different than the days; I can’t even order the same drink at night that I got at every single visit during the day. Also, M is the slowest and nastiest waitress I’ve ever had at any restaurant during my life.
All three of us ordered the prime rib with baked potatoes and salads. 20 minutes later the dinner came out and then it took another 5 minutes just to get our salad, after I asked for them. Of course M had every excuse in the book and never accepted responsibility or apologize. In fact she said, «that was the fastest cook steak I have ever seen.» When my dinner arrived I put a slab of butter on top of my baked potato and took a bite of the prime rib. All 3 of our plates were cold, there was no steam, and my butter never melted. I took one bite of my prime rib and pushed it away. My son was able to eat an ounce before he couldn’t take it anymore.
When M came back and saw that I didn’t eat anything, she asked if there was anything wrong with my prime rib, and I replied it was horrible and cold, and I showed her the butter sitting on my baked potato. I also showed her my sons plate and full salad which he couldn’t eat because everything was cold. I also told her it was the worst meal I ever ate at this restaurant or the one in Olympia. Even though she admitted it was the fastest cook steak, M did not apologize, the tall fat manager working that night knew we were not happy and was surveilling our table, but no one said sorry, offer me a discount, and simply bought me the $ 75 bill.
If you decide to go to this restaurant or accept M as your waitress, you’ve been warned.

So, these two guys walk into O’Blarney’s.
One orders a Harp, the other a Guiness.
The beer was cold, the servers friendly, the place clean.
That made two happy guys.
O’Blarney’s is a good place to down one last brew before catching the afternoon train back to Seattle. Return we will.

Just had Valentines dinner here. We both had the prime rib. It was good, service was great, and love the blue cheese dressing. Will return again.

Fantastic atmosphere! Could not recommend this place more! Seriously, check it out. You will enjoy it.

I’ve had three horrible experiences here now. Staff are snotty, rude and constantly over whelmed. Service was slow with no refills on drinks unless you walked to the bar to refill it.
Food is average.
On top of the horrible service the waitress ran my card twice and then argued with me when I caught the mistake.
I do not recommend, especially if you are with a large group.

My wife and I were strolling down main street and found this Irish themed sports bar that we thought we would try. It is very spacious with probably half the seats by a window. Several TV’s to watch some college football. Our waitress was attentive and nice. We started with an appetizer and right before it came we heard a crash. A waiter/​bus boy had dropped a tray of food on the floor. No biggie. Then, after we received our appetizer we hear a loud snap, followed by a «stop it»! Then again. I look around to see waiter/​bus boy snapping the all female wait staff in the ass with a wet dish towel. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about having fun at work but this seemed a little inappropriate to me, and if something seems a «little» inappropriate to me, I find it’s usually VERY inappropriate to others. So over the next 15 minutes I heard the wet towel snap at least another 30 times. Sometimes just in the air, others resulted in an «ow». Add to this the fact that this fella dropped another tray of dishes, and of course was using said ass snap towel to wipe off the tables.
Me wife and I paid the tab, and went elsewhere for dinner. Anyone who knows my would tell you I’m less the appropriate most of the time. I assume though, when your at work, you tone it down, and act with at least a little professionalism.

My husband and I ended up being in Centralia longer than we planned and needed to get something for lunch. We decided on going here. The waitress was pretty friendly, but didn’t bother us too much either. She was good about filling up my water and seeing if my husband wanted another beer. We both also enjoyed our meals. I got the french dip with a side salad and he got a bbq chicken sandwich with clam chowder. Then we got some cheesy tots to share. Not sure what the actually items were called. I was really happy because the french dip had enough aus jus for the whole sandwich, I hate when I run out in the middle.
If we are ever in the area again we will try them again!

Went to O’Blarney’s for dinner on a Sunday night which also happened to be a Trivia Night, how fun! The nerd in me was in heaven! The trivia host, Drew, was animated and very entertaining and our server was very attentive as well. I’ll be sure to come back on their normal Trivia Night, which is every Tuesday at 7!

Had prime rib dinner here. The service was good and they had a really good drink —
I think it was called the flying dragon. The prime rib was cold as was the rest of the meal. It took so long for the food to come out I just ate it anyway because I was so hungry. I would come here again probably for drinks only or maybe an appetizer but not dinner.

Good food good prices! Large burger with generous beer battered fries, plenty of lettuce tomato and onion to customize it just the way you like it. The Reuben on rye was delicious but could have been a little thicker, cole slaw was good. 3 adults and a child ate for 36.00 with a little bit of left overs.
I hear taco Tuesday’s is a huge hit…

We came today at 2! Our boy waiter was terrible! He never offered us drinks we would have to flag him down to get more shots and beers. The food was ok, it was a store bought veggie patty with American cheese. I asked for mushrooms but he felt I didn’t need them so he didn’t bring them in my burger. I hate feeling like an inconvenience, especially when you spend $ 78.00.

Have been here A few times and have had a great experience every time. Their food and drinks are affordable and delicious.

This is one of my most favorite places in town. The Bleu cheese burger and garlic fries are a must! I’d pretty much recommend getting any of the burgers or sandwiches. Beer buddies are great too. The staff is amazing, bartenders are great and if you’re feeling adventurous they’ll whip you up a tastey beverage.
Taco Tuesdays are trivia night and it’s always a laugh. (Also $ 3.00 margaritas) great sports bar. Also has a good sized family eating area.

I sat here for fifteen minutes.
I sat next to the server station.
I was looked at by no less than six servers.
I had a long, long, LONG conversation about the Seattle Seahawks, Detroit Lions, and Golden Tate III with the patron beside me.
The patron beside me got another drink and had his dishes bussed.
I was not once offered a menu, asked if I wanted something to drink, or acknowledged in any way, shape or form.
I left. And will not return here. Ever. It’s quite obvious I was not welcome at all.
