The server was good, the food not so much. The shrimp was NOTJUMBO but more like something you would get at an all you can eat place. We could not even get the shrimp off the skewer. Steak was over cooked. The spaghetti squash was supposed to be roasted, not sure that I would call that roasted. Eat here if you want but we will not return.

salad bar is good with lots of choices. the entrees are not. I ordered grilled shrimp on a skewer. the shrimp were the size of a quarter, tasteless and overcooked. I’m not impressed as it seems all the food is frozen and microwaved. if I go back, I’ll only get the salad bar but I’ll probably go elsewhere for a better dining experience. *not sure about Ruby Tuesday’s reply to my review below. they made no mention or apology for my sub par shrimp dinner.

WORSTSERVICEEVER! Doesn’t deserve the one star! Just had lunch there and nearly every item was $ 10 or more — for lunch! Which I’d be happy to pay if I had gotten any service at all. We sat for too long before being able to order. We both had coffee, which was not fresh. Our order took too long and was delivered by someone other than our«server». We never saw our server again until I had to nearly trip her to get her attention to ask for our check. Someone did come by once to see if we wanted more coffee, which we did. Apparently he only wanted to know but had no intention of bringing any coffee. This is not acceptable, and we WILLNEVERBEBACK!

Dined here with some friends for the first time. The waitress was not very attentive and they literally brought us overcooked, obviously burnt food. When we refused to eat it, the manager came over and basically told us the food was«suppose to look like that». Yeah right, buddy. Never coming back here.

Food was OK. That waiter was really nice. However, the place was dirty. Also, it was too expensive.

Thursday night. Greeted and seated promptly. However, that was the last prompt thing that happened. Wait staff performance was sluggish at best. They did eventually take the orders, and the food came out correct even if it was a little slow. I had the top sirloin with the salad bar, my partner had the salmon salad. The steak was good enough, correctly cooked with good spices. The salad bar was looking kind of picked over, but there was enough available for me to build the salad I wanted. The salmon salad was quite good. So, three stars for the food, minus one for the slow service.

You know, I love me some Ruby Tuesdays. Great food and a salad bar that is top notch. But not this one. I hate to say it but this is the first Rubys I have been disappointed in. The hostess looked like she just drug out of bed and barely said a word when we entered. Our waitress was nice enough but sat us at a table with crumbs all over the seat and a thin greasy film on the table. During the whole service she didn’t come back a single time to check on is. She served our food timely enough but she’d might as well have been a FedEx driver because that is about all we got out of her… a delivery. The food was okay good though. We both had the top sirloin. I ordered mine medium rare and it came out well done. However, since it was very tender and tasty, I didn’t send it back. We had broccoli as a side and it was flavorful but over cooked. In addition, we had the salad bar that was a real disappointment. The veggies were aging and not even cut up correctly. If this was Frisches that would be about par. But for Rubys it was a huge disappointment. The salad bar is a signature item for them and they really missed the mark here. The whole place just screamed of mismanagement in so many ways. From quality to cleanliness to the lax staff. So, put this in the history channel… this is the first Ruby Tuesdays we are boycotting. The best part of the experience was that we had a coupon.

Poor service. Next time I’ll think twice before going there.

Against my wishes my wife drug me back in to this same location again. She was excited by the pretzel burger advertisements so in we went. I went with the French quarter gumbo and added the salad bar. My wife got pretzel burger with bar and my twins got pasta and grilled chicken. I found my gumbo to be good but the salad bar was not fresh and seemed to be scraps. My wife found the burger to be under cooked and over dressed. She too was disappointed with the scraps on the salad bar. My sons chicken was hard and rubbery at the same time. They did take this off the bill. The seafood selections(French quarter gumbo) comes with two sides. The rice that comes with the meal is one side and the salad bar would be my second. Well they charged me for the bar even though the menu made it clear it was included. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until after I got home. Oh well, it will be the last dime this location gets from me. Let’s be clear this location has problems from management all the way down to janitorial. It’s a shame because until a few years ago this was a great place to eat. When business drops off its time to get better, not raise prices and cut corners!

Once upon a time I was a huge Ruby Tuesdays fan. The triple prime burger with salad bar was where it was at. Made it a point to eat at one at least once a month. I’ve tried to eat at this location twice now with bad results each time leaving me to wonder what happened to this once dependable chain of restaurants. Service was sluggish and uncaring. Biscuits were stale tasting. Salad bar items frequently left empty or left out too long and not refreshed. Last visit they told me they didn’t even have any ranch left in the store to refill it. Wow… how do you let your store run out of ranch when a salad bar is your main draw? Food came out with a wretched taste I can’t even fully describe. Just made you want to spit out the first bite. I couldn’t finish because I was worried it would make me sick. This is all just my opinion of course but… based on the last two experiences which were months apart and the reviews of others I’d be surprised if the doors were still open this time next year. R.I.P. RT very sad to see this happen.

Tried a few weeks ago, found the background music ghastly loud. Asked if the horrible sound could be lowered, and was told they couldn’t control either the volume or music selection. Today, decided to give them another try, still blasting horrid music over lunch time service. Walked out. This time was the last chance for Ruby Tuesdays. Too difficult to even have a quiet conversation over a business lunch. Certainly happy that the wait staff gets to choose music they enjoy… to the detriment of paying customers. I’ll be surprised if they last much longer. Lots of fine eateries … Ended up at Meadowlark just up the street. Super in every way… including wonderful soft background sounds plus excellent food and service the way it should be.

I don’t make a habit of eating at Ruby Tuesdays, but today I was craving a salad bar. So I convinced my husband to go there. We thought the place was closed for lunch because the parking lot was empty. Now I know why it was empty. Walking in the first thing I noticed was the place stunk. It smelled like there grease trap never got cleaned out. I started to go the restroom and the odor got worse and smell like poop, so I decided to hold it. We ordered and went up to the salad bar. The first thing I saw was a bowl of lettuce that was orange. I called a server over and then I reached for red onions and they were nasty looking also. Overall the salad bar was a disappointment. I also ordered the BBQ chicken pizza which was warm at best. As we were leaving, I noticed that most of the servers were sitting at the bar talking. I could go on and on but I think. I’ve made my point. Bottom line: foul smelling dining room, crappy salad bar, poor service and sketchy food. I will not be back.

Food was pretty good and came out without a long wait. Waitress was very pleasant. Visited on a Sunday afternoon, so it wasn’t extremely busy. I am a big fan of their ribs.

After trying to eat here, I am left wondering about turnover in the kitchen. The food quality left much to be desired. The service, however, was very good. So, if you like nice people, drop in for a chat. If you like nice food, eat elsewhere.

While the service was not up to par(long wait to order, had to ask for bread that is advertised as free with every meal), the server did apologize and the manager(on his own) came over to check on my dining experience. So, I’ll give them a pass on the service side. I ordered the Caribbean chicken with coconut shrimp and it was a-ok. If you taste the chicken without the nice mango medley on top, it’s just chicken and nothing special — certainly not Carribean chicken. But, with the mango salsa medley, it’s decent. And the coconut shrimp were crunchy and tasty. The best part is the garlicy, cheesy bread.
