My sister ordered the classic margarita($ 6 on the menu) and three bites into her burger, she got the fingertip of a latex glove. Instead of comping both meals, they offered to being her something else(no way was she going to eat anything else there) and when they brought the check, the margarita was $ 10.75. While I liked their food prior to this visit, I won’t be back.

We sit down to a soaking wet table. They tried to dry it off but missed several spots and our menus were still soaking wet. Food chunks on the seats didn’t help the situation. Not a good intro. Service was just OK and we could tell the waitress was new and inexperienced. I like the atmosphere here and I like most of their homemade soft drinks. Frustrated they were out of root beer and ice cream. The food was good and the selection is great. Service is everything these days so I hope this place makes it

First visit and was worried because we showed up late, just an hour before closing. We were told it wasn’t a problem and were seated. The burgers all looked interesting, but nothing really appealed to me. You can build your own burger but none of the toppings stood out as «yum, I want that! « I ordered a jalapeño Margarita that was pretty tasty, the Sloppy Dave and sweet potato chips with honey dipping sauce. The sandwich was good, but the chips with the honey were the highlight ! The service by Rebecca was good, especially for closing the place. We were never made to feel like we were bothering anyone by being there. I would eat here again, but it’s not somewhere that I’m rushing to get back to or overly excited about. My meal with tip was $ 23.

First visit and loved the food. Their fries and home-brewed Cola are excellent. I had the Caleb Burger and June, the Mahi Mahi Burger; two winners.

My wife and I have a long running joke about restaurants she will never return to being on «The List». I didn’t need her judgement this time, the experience here was bad all around. First they sat us at a table right in the middle of the opening between two rooms — lots of traffic. We moved and watched others also turn down that seating. Once we placed our order(burgers) it took forever to get to the table. Food was okay but nothing special for the price. Small selection of microbrews was also over priced at $ 7 a pint — Seajax is about a mile away and has much better prices and selection. The service from the staff was also generally bad. Not sure if it was a matter of training, experience or they just don’t care. I think this location will go under in a year — l guess that doesn’ t matter since it has achieved«List» status!

This was our first visit to Bagger Daves. It was a Saturday night and I expected a wait but was surprised that we were seated in 5 minutes. The place was packed but it moved quickly. I didn’t know about the soft drink selection. .no coke or Pepsi they make they own soda. I loved my bacon BBQ burger… it was great but messy. I opted for the chips and salsa instead of fries. Chips were good but the salsa was mostly diced tomatoes. .it was ok.. the manager stopped by the table to say hello and introduced himself. Ryan even asked if I was ok noticing I was trying to check out the tv behind me… he was very kind. Overall great dinner. .casual atmosphere. .several tv’s. .next time I try a booth vs a table though. .tables get a lot of walk by traffic by staff and other patrons. Plenty of staff on duty which was great we always had a clean table or plenty to drink. We will come back again!

I love burgers and was really excited for this place. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Burger was way way to Big(needs to be wrapped in paper like red robin or it falls apart). The burger had no flavor what so ever. Fries were mush, Soggy with no flavoring and cold when delivered. We tried the lemon lime, orange cream, root beer and cola cream sodas. The Root Beer was the only good one, but they all tasted like flat pop.

Not real happy… bummed. first and foremost, I’m not a «high maintenance«customer…but…I’m all about service over price. I work in a high volume customer service and experience industry. .this place, didn’t cut it… and it’s far from«high volume». I was never greeted by a host; no indication that there was a wait. So, after a few minutes, I asked«Alex»(young lady at booth), is anyone seating? She said, «all I do is wait till people answer there phone…»…whatever that meant. So, this was visit number two for us… was wayyyy better the first time. Bob Evens down the street got our business. .wayyyy better service. Managers at Bagger Dave’s didn’t seem to have control of staff and flow of the service… didn’t feel like if your not sat, your not important and you get to sit and watch the chick named«Alex».drink her Starbucks, while waiting for the answer of the phones…(whatever that means)…destined to fail…

Absolutely amazing service, fresh food, and homemade sodas. Good selection of local brews and the atmosphere is edgy yet inviting. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I’m just upset I waited so long to try it! Get the nachos and you won’t be disappointed.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. I ordered the American burger and when it arrived I couldn’t pick it up. Mustard was dripping of the bottom and the sandwich just fell apart. I was forced to just eat the patty which was dry and Luke warm. The server was surprised and I voiced my concern. The manager apologized, removed my sandwich from the bill and provided a $ 10 voucher for the future. I appreciate the voucher but won’t waste my time again.

We tried this out tonight and we were disappointed. The food was average at best. We were seated and ordered quickly. A couple seated after us were finished eating before we received our food. don’t know that we will return.

We decided to try this place out on Saturday night after some breweries. I was excited to visit their«All things craft» establishment and maybe taste some things that I hadn’t had before. I was disappointed to discover that they only had 9 taps with very common craft beer that you can get almost anywhere. They apparently sell GiGis cupcakes, which were delicious. Those and the server were the highlight though. Granted, I did not try one of their burgers, as we had already had dinner. I was also surprised how quiet the place was. They are open until midnight on Saturday’s, but there were about 3 tables filled when we walked in. It did fill up a little more as we sat at the bar, but not what I would expect at a burger and craft beer establishment. I may try this place again, more likely the location set to open in West Chester. I hope they have a better variety of craft beer than this location.

Like many of the previous reviewers, we found this to be a huge disappointment. What’s not to love about this place? Delicious burgers, craft beer lovers? Everything about this place would be a huge win for us, except… My burger was okay. There was nothing offensive about it. It was topped as I(special) ordered it. It was overcooked — I ordered«pink»(they won’t cook to temperature but at least they’ll let you choose pink, no pink, or well) and there was no pink — but not so much as to be inedible. The burger was poorly seasoned. The meat itself has little flavor. They claim to use prime rib which is not an ideal burger meat in my opinion. The other toppings were okay. My wife described her Tuscan Chicken sandwich on Naan as «soggy, tasteless, the piece of chicken was way too thin.» The balsamic topping made it edible. The roasted red peppers were diced rather than the expected strips. Her(regular) fries were edible. No more, no less. My(special order loaded) fries were disgusting. The«Dave’s BBQ» that is pushed on the menu is NOT pulled pork as expected. It’s some nasty ground slop. Avoid at all costs. Thumbs up for beer selection. A good selection and almost all were locals. We also had a house-brand diet cola. It’s pretty good, but I’d prefer they serve Coke and pour their efforts into their food. The service was poor, both from an individual(bartender) and team standpoint. When we sat at the bar, the bartender told us «it would be a few minutes.» She wasn’t lying. It soon became apparent that she was overwhelmed. I blame management for that, but that doesn’t excuse her poor service demeanor. Bottom line: avoid. The bad service would be sort of tolerable if the food was good. It wasn’t.

I truly wanted to like this place — but unfortunately I had to round up to give it two stars. Initial impressions were very solid. Checkin was great and I loved the app that shows you where you are in line. Table was fast. 10 minutes with 6 people ahead of us. Overall our service was excellent as well. Very attentive– drinks fast and out appetizer was out 2 minutes after we ordered it. That was the peak… Everything went off a cliff after that point. The app was boring. I don’t even remember what they called it but it was basically a bowl of retried beans with some garnish. Not the Mexican 7 layer thing we expected. Then — nothing for over an hour. Our server kept checking and the kitchen was having computer problems and had shut down at 7pm on a Saturday. No food coming out at all. For over an hour. We waited a total of 90 minutes(with a 6 and 3 year old) for 1 burger, 1 salad and two kids meals. I truly was hoping when the food finally arrived it would be worth the wait… But it wasn’t. The blues burger was average at best. Too much sauce, cheese was not melted at all so obviously not put on the burger while hot. Bun was really good at least. Sweet potatoes chips were soggy and fries were average. The manager comped out meal without asking so they must have known it was a horrible experience. I felt really bad for our server(Michelle) who was great even with the kitchen falling apart around her so we tipped normal anyway. While walking out we both agreed 5-Guys would have been a much better burger. I hate McDonald’s and honestly think a McDouble would have been more satisfying. I know they just opened and things can be rough at first but nothing about last night made me want to return when they finally figure it all out.

Nice little craft burger tavern. If you like Korean BBQ, you have to try the Korean BBQ burger with kimchi and egg. The side salads are also quite good with a good mix of greens. Wednesday and Sunday’s are the days to take kids since they eat on those days for $ 2.75 including a drink. I’m glad to see such a great use of naan bread as well. My daughter had the kids naan pizza and my wife’s Tuscan sandwich used naan as the bun.

This was supposed to be an amazing burger place from what I heard. So went there for lunch one afternoon, and it was dead. We were seated right away, and our server took our orders. We did have special requests, which they repeat your order back to you, so there was no reason it was wrong. But when we got our burgers they were wrong. We asked them to be sent back, and when they came back out they were correct. But the service dropped off from there. Our sever must have thought she wasn’t going to be tipped, because we had to get the hostess to get our refills. I’ve had better, I’ve had worse. But won’t be back to this place again.

Solid 3.5 and I rounded up to a 4 because I think this place has quite a bit of potential. The hubby and I stopped by this place on our travels up north from the greater Cincinnati area since it was a new chain over by where my mom lives. At about noon on a Sunday, we got a table right away. However, when we left, there were quite a few parties standing about and the No Wait app showed a time of 15 – 30 minutes so be warned. Since we indicated this was our first time to a Bagger Dave’s the server gave us a quick rundown of the menu. No Coke or Pepsi here, only their own pop. I went with the black cherry cream… mmmmm, very good. Almost like dessert in a glass. Both of us chose to make our own burgers. I went with the single turkey patty, bacon, nine grain bun, cheddar cheese, guac and the Santa Fe chipotle sauce. For my fries, I opted for the bleu cheese dressing. Unfortunately, the wait time was quite long before our burgers came out. Our server did a good job of letting us know she was going back periodically to check on our order. I think they just got slammed with the post-Sunday service church crowd and didn’t do a good job running orders through the kitchen. She made sure to keep our drink glasses full at least. When we finally did get our food, I was definitely quite pleased with my selections. The turkey patty was seasoned well, there was a decent amount of bacon and the cheese did a good job of balancing out the spiciness of the sauce and guac. I would definitely order this concoction again. I love my condiments, so there was definitely not enough dressing in the little cup for my yummy fries, but I chose not to pay for an extra cup so I went with the ketchup bottle when I ran out. I also snagged a bite of the hubby’s burger… some mish-mash of beef, bacon, cheese, fried egg and their 1000 island dressing… it was good but I liked mine better. We’ll be back, definitely. Hopefully with less of a wait time or we may just get carryout since my mom lives so close. One complaint… the bathrooms. Now, it’s definitely not an issue with cleanliness but with size. For as many people as they can fit in that restaurant, they only have 2 stalls in the women’s restroom. Nowhere near enough when the place is packed. The hubby said the men’s side was no better. Unfortunately, I am not sure how they would even remedy this since there’s nowhere for them to expand. Just don’t wait until the urge is high to visit the facilities… you may have to end up waiting in line in the cramped room.

Stopped here for lunch for the first time and was very impressed. Burgers were tasty(had the Cheese Crisp and the special of the month — Mac and cheese burger. A bit disappointed that you can not order your hamburger less than medium(I like blood, what can I say). Comes with sweet potato chips or fries and the prices range from $ 10 – 13. A pretty good value considering a chain like Flipside prices are a la carte. Waitress/bartender was crazy good and explained everything, including the repeat customer incentives. On Thursday craft beers are half-priced, and they are mostly local beers. Cool train running through the restaurant too. It’s new so it’s clean — will definitely eat here more often as I’m a frequent flyer at Costco.

Great food and friendly staff. The Korean BBQ burger is excellent and the kimchi is really quite good. I went with the chipotle BBQ for dipping fries and wasn’t disappointed. Try it out!
