I came in to look at a storage unit because I thought I had to store my stuff because I was moving to California. I went in on a Monday and met Kevin and he was very helpful. He listened to my needs and showed me a few units that would work if I had to store my items. The office was very clean and Kevin was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone

Held the full contents of our home for 6 months. The place leaked like crazy and ruined half if our stuff. The people that work there have done nothing to help us in 6 weeks. The updates consist of «we haven’t heard anything yet». And they of course blame the insurance company. This drives me nuts because I didn’t pay the insurance company, I paid these guys. The regional manager is smug and thinks he is Joe Salesman.
Cost has nothing to do with customer service. We paid the bill automatically every month and they gladly took it. Have offered nothing in return and clearly do not maintain their facility.
There are storage facilities on every block. Do yourself a favor and find another place.
Customer NO Service at its best.
