Halloween is almost here! And Party City is now offering mix and match options to make that amazing costume. Options abound for your creative streak.
Except, peculiarly, this location isn’t staffed for you to try things on. Sure, the temporary fitting room exists. (One of them even has a mirror!) But the room with costumes doesn’t appear to have a designated person.
Designated roles are important. The cashier informed me they weren’t allowed to go back there. Good news though, two to three people are available to ring you up.
Feel free to meander about the store, aimless in your search for an employee to help you. Make friends with the other listless folks in search of assistance.

Terrible customer service. Put me on hold for 5 min so I called back, said they had a really long line and put me back on hold for another 15 min for a simple balloon order. Just go to stonybrook, it’s 10 min away and way better customer service, that’s what I ended up doing.
