Willow Creek Wine & Spirits

I was very impressed with the service I received here!!! I’m sorry I can’t remember the brunette bearded man’s name… Thank you!!! :)

Met John and Tye, the owners of Willow Creek liquors. Nice selection, and the owners are super friendly. They are next to the Safeway (closed now) but they are open 7 days a week. Oh, yeah, they have a beautiful Golden Lab, «Bee» and she is an awesome greeter.

I always have to give an extra star for a locally owned business that is close to home. These guys work hard to keep up with the competition of the nearby big liquor stores (Davidson’s and Lucas Liquors). They just rolled out a rewards program which I’m super pumped about because half the time that’s the reason I drive a little further to Davidson’s; I like to feel I’m getting a little something more.
Their pricing is a bit more than the bigger stores, but they’re convenient (ie walking distance for me) and great for a quick trip for the one-​off items (single bottle of wine or a 6 pack). The store is cramped, but well organized and clean enough. Staff is always friendly and helpful, though they don’t seem to have actual expertise if you ask for a wine recommendation or similar. They carry what you’d expect– nothing really unique or hard to find.
They also have the absolute best selection of liquor shooters! Huge variety of liquor types and flavors; makes for a super fun last minute gift (hello 30 shooters for a 30^th birthday present!).
All in all, a great locally owned business that I proudly support and will likely find myself at more now that they offer a rewards program.
