Discovered these guys a couple of months ago. They have always been courteous and helpful.

I went in there yesterday to buy some birthday beer for a friend. Their selection was pretty limited so I asked the owner if there were any other beers located in a different area of the store or if that was all he had. The owner went into the cooler and grabbed a mixed box of really nice beers BUT he informed me that he wouldn’t sell any of them to me because I wasn’t a repeat customer.
The end result was me leaving with a bottle that I could’ve bought just about anywhere (probably for cheaper) and the feeling that I had just been excluded from this dudes fraternity.
If he treats each new customer like an outsider, why would anybody ever return?
