Employees go above and beyond to help customers. Employees are always polite and explain things so that there is no question the store is always clean

What terrible customer service they have here. The ladies that work here are the worst! I’ve given this salon SEVERAL chances and they end up being a disappointment every time! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Work on your customer service ladies… it NEEDS work.

I really love this salon! I drive across town to tan here! It’s got great beds, it’s super clean and has the BEST lotion selection! Janna is for sure the best manager. She makes sure to take care of her tanners, and I tan here for her!

HORRIBLE customer service. As other reviewers have mentioned, they lied to me and tried to make me pay for an extra month even though I was canceling in the correct timeframe. Every time I went in, they tried to force a more expensive package down my throat. Also I NEVER got the free week I had signed up for. Do NOT waste your time going to nightmarish tanning salon!!!

Awful, deceitful, full of scams. Recently my wife saw on there website one free week of tanning with ‘zero commitment’. So she tried it out, they needed to put a credit card number on file if she continued to use it after her free week. She ended up going twice and then wanted too cancel. Instead of calling a phone number to cancel or just going into the office, she was instructed she would have to mail a cancellation letter to headquarters within three business days of opening the account? So she followed instructions and sent the letter… Thinking the acct had been cancelled, we check our credit card statement a few weeks later and sure enough, there was a monthly charge on it from this company? Upset, my wife called and wondered why her acct hadn’t been cancelled as she followed the exact instructions. Of course, being deceitful and full of scams, they say that they never received her letter and that she needed to send it Certified Mail to get a receipt for proof?! No one mentioned that to her, they probably do this to a lot of people… So in order to actually cancel her acct? The one where she went twice in three days, they would have to charge her again for the past four months?! She went twice. Ever. So we ended up getting two charges on our credit card, even though they ‘claim’ to have one week free, no commitment! Do a favor and stay far far away from this company. Very shady business! Do not go

I wouldn’t even give one star! This place is all about getting money and getting their numbers. READEVERYTHING very closely before signing anything!!! I wouldn’t recommend this store at all.

Terrible experience! Crystal went to sign up. The initial sign up took over 2 hours, at which time the girl working there couldn’t figure out how to process the check Crystal wrote. Then, she was overcharged for her lotion. Later, we get notified that they are charging us a return check fee, though the bank has never denied a check or charge. Corporate sent an email to Crystal assuring her she wouldn’t be charged for the return fee, and would be refunded the overcharge. We find out today they charged us the return fee, AND a late fee, AND never refunded anything. NEVERGOHERE!!!

I just went into the ATB location on Smoky Hill in Centennial hoping to try their beds and start a membership. My husband and I recently moved here and I’ve tried Darque Tan but they are not on my way home from work(ATB is). I entered and was asked my last name by a young girl behind the counter. I explained I had never been and she said I would have to wait for her manager to sign me up. I thought that was strange since I assumed anyone who worked there would be able to tell me about prices, etc. I said ok and sat down to wait. The ‘manager’ was an older woman and seemed pushy to the other ‘newbies’ she was talking to, but she was also thorough and informative. I waited patiently for over 15 minutes while she talked to/signed up two people before getting to me. I figured it may be worth the wait and so continued to patiently await what was sure to be an equally informative intro. Boy was I wrong! For some reason, the woman’s attitude changed dramatically when it was my turn. I started off by explaining that I had never been there and was interested in trying their beds. I also explained they were right on my way home and would be the best location for me compared to other places in the area(trying for small-talk as she was obviously busy and working hard). She interrupted me not once, not twice, but three times to stop and talk to other people(which she did not do for the first two, not even to acknowledge me waiting for over 15 minutes). Strike #1. I asked if there was some sort of trial membership or something so I could try it first and she flat out said no.(whaaa?) what kind of tanning place doesn’t let you try for free? Strike #2. So I said, ok, how much for the ‘credits’ and how do the credits work? She refused to answer any questions about credits and TOLD me I was better off doing a membership because the former was ‘VERY’ expensive. At this point I was not impressed but kept my cool thinking maybe this dense woman was just having a bad day. I further explained the last membership I purchased was only used once in a 2 month period and I do not want a membership. She stated AGAIN that ‘it is the better deal’. At this point I began to get visibly frustrated but figured maybe it is the better deal and asked what is the cost of the membership and is it unlimited or what. She TOLD me I would need to sign into the computer(presumably providing all of my personal information) and THEN she would show me ‘around’ and tell me about the membership prices. I explained that I do not want a tour and do not want to provide my information if I’m not even sure that I want to be a member. Then she flat out refused to provide any more information until I signed up and she gave me a tour. I was appalled and left, expressing my disdain for her inability to answer a simple question about pricing after waiting for over 15 minutes… this prompted an incredulous shrug from the woman as I exited. What makes things worse is my curiosity got the better of me and I went to their website when I got home and saw right there a coupon for a free 1 week membership. REALLY?! One word: RIDICULOUS
