Have visited this place a few times, and it was just about in line as the rest of Pei Wei’s we have visited; then we made a huge mistake. We’ve started to order all of our dishes«wok steamed»(not breaded, not fried), and now the wheels fell off. Twice we’ve ordered this way(gave benefit of the doubt the first time around), and twice the food has been really nasty; chicken has been really inedible(seriously undercooked & hard), and the shrimp had a very funky taste. At this point, we’re giving up on this place and just head to the Chinese place at the water tower shoppes.

Excellent food. Very nice staff. The sushi is luscious! I like the variety in the drinks. Children’s meals are large portions and cheap!

Extremely dirty! None of the tables are cleared! The waiters walked past the tables and didn’t clean them.

First want to say if you like high sodium content food, this is your place to go. The food was very tasty, made more so by the salt. I was curious about the sodium and asked them what was the count on my meal… the manager was reluctant to give it out but it was 2,350, which is I presume my sodium content for the day. I did like the extensive menu and next time will try something with less sodium.

I was excited to try Pei Wei. I consider myself an American-Chinese food expert and I prefer Mon and Pop hole in the wall Chinese take out spots to Panda Express 100 – 0. I hate Panda, and was interested to see how Peo Wei faired. I came early in the day, right before the lunch rush. My meal, a «standard» sized Kung Pao chicken with fried rice(+$.99) for ~$ 10. My boyfriend got the Orange Peel Chicken. At Pei Wei, for those who don’t know, you order, get a number, sit down and have your food brought to you. When the food arrived, I thought the food was plated well and looked appealing. Then I ate some. My chicken was cooked thoroughly, but it didn’t have any spice. At all. It also kind of tasted like beef? I don’t know how else to describe it, other than it had such an overpowering umami flavor I thought I was having beef. If I didn’t see the(uncommonly used) white chicken breast breaded in SOMETHING smothered in a beefy sauce, I would think I had beef. The orange peel chicken was spicer than mine, and the orange peel chicken had no orange peel… OR orange flavor? The veggies were fine and the rice was terrible. It had the texture of Spanish rice, didn’t feel fried at all. The positive spin is that the restaurant is very clean and is the Asian cousin of a Chipotle. I assume they’re probably owned by the same company. There was also a pepper spread near the utensils(metal, kind of shocked me) that allowed me to fix my spice level. Overall, this review is much longer than necessary for food that was bland and overpriced.

I think Pei Wei this location is pretty good for fast Asian food. The place is very clean and new! Hope it stays that way. The Pei Wei Spicy is our favorite with chicken and my kids like the noodles. I usually come to here when we visit the Disney area. Tip — It is always very cold in the restaurant so bring a jacket!

Counter service with food delivered to the table. Service was excellent. Food was tasty and fresh. A good alternative to traditional fast food.

I called in and picked up my order. I found out my order was wrong upon opening it up at home. I called the store to see if they accidentally gave me someone else’s order and the manager apologized and asked for my name, number and address so that he could send me a gift card to compensate for their error. I could care less about receiving the gift card but please do what you’re going to say especially if you’re going to take down my name, number and address.

Avoid this location and head to the one located at: 2501 West Osceola Parkway Kissimmee, FL34741 Phone number(407) 846‑0829 The manager here is the absolute worst which by impression makes the Osceola Parkway location food taste better! Actually it did taste better at the Osceola Parkway location, but our experience on Irlo Bronson was so distasteful that we’ll never return even if they change the staff. And by the way, we really like Pei Wei as a restaurant. Sometimes it’s just better and kinder of me to save you the pain and waste your money by recommending THIS location!

Pretty busy… But well organized. Everyone was friendly. I got my meals to go since I wanted some quiet time. It is a bit noisy but not too bad. I will take pics of food once I’m home and critique. ;)

Average food at best. Not a lot for the money. $ 20. We had a small honey tofu, a small Mongolian beef, a pork egg roll, and a spring roll. The small dishes are ¾ rice. Frankly, I’d rather hit the Chinese restaurant near the Publix which while not spectacular is consistent and reasonably priced. I simply was not impressed by Pei Wei.

Food is the same as any other Pei Wei — just ok. Service last night was terrible. We went in about 9:30 to order food to go. Placed our order, received a pager, and sat down. After about 5 minutes, they called our name and we were surprised because someone else was already waiting when we got there. Get home with our food to find that they must have given us the other guy’s order because nothing in the bag was what we ordered. I called, and the manager gave a half hearted apology and asked if we wanted to come back. I replied that I guess we had to if we wanted to eat, given that it was 10:00 by this point. My husband went back and they had made us a fresh order and also tried to give us the original order. My husband refused because we have no idea whether or not it had been served to someone else. There was no offer of any compensation for the screw up. Not good management for a place that just opened and is about to have two more places next door to compete with.

First visit was great I took pictures of the meal to post because I don’t remember the names. It’s a new place so I tried a bunch of different things and all were very good. The place is nice and clean and new. Service was good and I’m looking forward to coins back to try doe different items. Stopped back in on 11⁄13 for another excellent meal this time I had a Asian chicken salad.

Food is great as always. Service not so much. They have just recently opened so perhaps the staff is not properly trained. However it is unacceptable when a server brings food to the table and the chicken on the plate is rolling off the plate to the floor. All that was said is «Sorry about that».

We decided to give Pei Wei a crack tonight, after returning from the hospital with our sick(but well) son. We went with takeout as we had to pick our daughter up and it was already getting late. The only times I had tried this place, at other locations… we sat in and were satisfied. We ordered the honey chicken with white rice, mongolian steak with brown rice, and a kids chicken bowl. It took under ten minutes(remember, this is not Panda… it is better) to get our food. We got home and it was nice and hot, as they use plastic togo containers… which are nice for retaining heat :) The food was fresh and the veggies nice and crispy. We had enough for all three of us to have leftovers. We are excited to have this place right up the street. This easily exceeds any of the local joints!
