Adorable place a little past the heart of Skippack Village. Went here for breakfast with a friend and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Loved the art on the walls and the fact that it was for sale. I started with a café mocha and it was served in a beautiful tea cup. I had the French toast and it wasn’t anything above and beyond but it was very good. I decided to try the Turkish coffee and was so glad I did. It was fragrant, different, and tasty. They have a nice selection of coffees and teas and their breakfast menu was filled with the usual suspects as well as some unique takes on the normal idea of breakfast. My breakfast date had the lobster hash with sunny side up eggs and although I didn’t try it, he wasn’t complaining. Our server was attentive and friendly and although she wasn’t a coffee drinker and couldn’t answer my Turkish coffee question she made sure to find another server who was well versed in coffee and she sold me in getting it. I’m so glad she did because it elevated my breakfast experience. My breakfast companion and I stayed for over three hours and we never felt rushed or like we were over staying our welcome. We were offered refills and our server continued to engage us in conversation long after our plates had been cleared. I will definitely go back! It was a great meal out.

This has got to be the best breakfast around! If not, I literally don’t know what I’m missing. Del Prado is outstanding. When you dine here you seriously feel like you’re sitting in a friend’s kitchen, or on their front patio if you’re outside. The food is made with so much love you’d swear you were getting a home cooked meal(if you had friends or family who were chefs). I’ve loved everything I’ve tried here, but my favorites have been the hashes, especially the short rib hash, and the Spanish omelette with chorizo, which was a special. The french toast and pancakes were also great, but were made even better by the delicious maple syrup they serve them with. My wife is obsessed with their tea options. If you drink a lot of tea like she does, I’d highly recommend spending a few extra bucks and just getting a full pot. The prices are a little higher than other breakfast spots, but the food is much better, making the price well worth it. There’s definitely something for everyone. From the breakfast basics to new ideas like breakfast tacos, Del Prado has it all. Can’t recommend it more highly and I can’t wait to get back.

Hands down the best breakfast/brunch I’ve ever had. From the delectable«egg scramble» to the homemade hash — it was outstanding. Very fresh ingredients, lovely setting… very eclectic.

They offer different eggs benedicts on Fri and Sat. Try the Benedict Royal which comes with house smoked Canadian Bacon, butter poached lobster and truffled hollandaise sauce.

Great food and great vibes. Had lunch there with the family and it was delicious. We ordered mushroom risotto, paella, and the shrimp. The seafood tasted fresh and they had used proper Spanish ingredients for the paella. It was also nicely complemented with a honey tea. Will definitely be returning again!

We ate brunch last Sunday here. Very cute spot with outdoor seating. The food was good — I had the Moroccan beef with eggs, while my wife had the crab omelet. The staff is very friendly.

My wife was looking over the menu for 19 Bella(sister restaurant) and noticed some new additions on the website, notably, the Del Prado menu. Since we had a free afternoon we decided to pop in for lunch and give them a try. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The space has a charming country décor, and the smell of fresh coffee didn’t hurt the ambiance one bit. Hungry for lunch, we decided to order two sandwiches and split them between us. I had the Reuben(with house made Pastrami and what I think was house made kraut(I could be wrong). My wife ordered the Cuban Sandwich. I also ordered a small side of the Cous Cous salad. Bottom line: Delicious. The Pastrami was flavorful and filling, served open-face with a house-made pickle(yum), and a small portion of orzo salad which was zingy and a nice compliment to both sandwiches. The Cuban sandwich was equally(according to my wife… More) delicious. The bread was fresh and hearty, and the pork(all versions) was tender and tasty. The Cous Cous was perfect… a sweet accompaniment to the savory sandwiches. To finish I had an espresso and my wife had a pour-over coffee, something I haven’t seen much of but that seems to be coming into popularity in the coffee-geek world. It was entertaining to watch them prepare and it tasted great, strong and rich. We split a fresh Banana-Walnut muffin that our server suggested we have split and grilled… Terrific! A solid pat of butter on a warm muffin… nothing is better. As we left, I reviewed the selection of savory breakfast tarts and the cheese’s in the glass case, and I promised myself(and my wife) that we’d come back soon to taste both. There is a distinct lack of solid eateries in Skippack, despite the number of restaurants. It was a no-brainer to assume that the minds behind 19 Bella would be able to offer good and interesting food for breakfast and lunch as well. If we were in Center City, the place would have been good but on par with quite a few other establishments, but for the area, it’s def. 4 star stuff. I would recommend you give it a try.
