I went on a weekday at 6 pm and they were steadily busy. The service was polite, knowledgeable and the place was clean and well lit. I found some reasons I will not be going back and I’m not that picky either. The price was pretty high $ 8.59 for 6 very tiny boneless. I got the Hickory Smoked BBQ which were VERY hot & spicy. There was way too much of this sauce making it so I could not taste the chicken itself, the hot & spicy was severely overpowering. It was so bad I had to go back and get a refill on my tea. Also the fries were excellent but the way that I had to then go get ketchup was ridiculously annoying. There was a dispenser on the counter that had a push down knob. This was extremely hard to push down which made me hesitate to go further thinking I would then be splattered on my good clothes. Furthermore I should not have to put that much effort into getting ketchup. Once I have already cleaned my hands for eating and now have been forced to put my entire hands on the knob, clamping down with my fingers and pushing very hard a few times to get a golf ball portion of ketchup for my fries. I envisioned others going up for ketchup, doing the same thing with their dirty hands or already licked fingers! They knew this dispenser was a problem as the attendant came immediately and stood there telling me to push hard. After sitting to eat, and wanting to watch the game, the ceiling lights were all hanging too low, in the way of the view. It wasn’t like I could move to a table with a better view either. Waiting 15 minutes in an uncomfortable chair was also a little too much for me. I won’t be back.

Just ordered 50 wings. Got home and was shorted 6 wings. Called to complain and got put on hold until I finally had to hang up. I don’t have to count my wings when I order Buffalo Wild.

What can I say… wings. Wings and fries. Bone-in, boneless, tenders… a wide qty range and flavor options. You can sample the sauces before you try as well. For my first order, we got 8 counts(2 flavors) w/fries and drinks and 1 dipping sauce. We got traditional bone-in on one order and I got boneless to see the difference from both, they ended up giving me bone-in, so I was disappointed there. They are cooked to order so takes a few minutes. Fries were natural cut and have seasonings you can get on them. Good, but I was hoping to be a lil’more cooked and not as limp. The wings were average size and had a good crunch on them. Lemon-pepper was surprisingly good. I’d go back, and rate better than BWW.

Was deciding to add some wings as an appetizer for a home-cooked meal, and decided to give Wingstop a try. I had looked at the Wingstop website a short time ago, and found the ordering process to be a tad bit confusing, so I drove over to the location in the new Westdale area. It was a Tuesday night,(Buffalo Wild Wings has traditional wings specials) just about 6PM. There were only two people working, one cooking the other taking orders. The girl taking orders was very cordial and polite. She said the wait would be about 15 minutes, which was accurate. Since the place is new, the dining area was clean and well maintained. There was one other couple waiting for their food, so it was not very busy. It appears as if they have Direct TV, which was a nice distraction as I waited. The dining room also has a clear view of the kitchen area, in case someone likes to watch their food being prepared. The girl behind the counter brought my food out to me, saying that sometimes when people sit in that area it may be hard for her to hear their name called. That was very nice of her. I bought the 10 wing, by the piece deal. Paid $ 8.99 plus tax. Five Hawaiian, and five Original Hot. The Original Hot were not very hot spice wise, but were OK. The Hawaiian were good. I just don’t feel that the taste was anywhere near the quality of Buffalo Wild Wings, and the cost, almost a buck a wing was too much, considering it was special night at BWW, which is just up the street. I probably will stick with BWW in the future. Wingstop just isn’t that big of a draw,

Very polite! Horribly understaffed on a college football game day/night. More people in line than eating! We’ll see how the food tastes or if the order is right!

We decided to try Wingstop for take-out for the entire family. Usually we would go to Buffalo Wild Wings but I wanted to try this place since it’s new. I ordered online, it was pretty quick and simple on my phone. The food was ready in 30 minutes when I arrived. The staff was courteous and the restaurant was clean. I was in and out in 2 minutes or less. The wings tasted great and the value for our money made me very happy. Out of curiosity I tried entering the same order at Buffalo Wild Wings and it rang in at $ 23 more than Wingstop to feed my family. Needless to say I will be ordering from them regularly. tl;dr the food is good, lower price than Buffalo Wild Wings, good for feeding families or groups.
