This was the worst motel ever! I had to clean my room once I was there as the microwave, fridge and toilet was still dirty! The staff was horrible and rude and treated us as if we were unruly high school students! This place was a joke! The sheets were worn and torn and beds uncomfortable and the air conditioner didn’t work properly! I have stayed at motel 6’s before and none were even close to being this nasty and run down! If given the choice I would give 0 stars as this place doesn’t deserve them!!! Horrible experience!!!

Look, I understand that Motel 6 is a budget motel and many shortcuts are taken to keep rates down, but this room was bad. The first thing I noticed when opening the door was the stinch of cigarettes. This is supposed to be a non-smoking room, but someone had been in there recently doing so. The first thing we did was go to Wal-Mart and grab a bottle of Febreeze and use half of it in there to make it tolerable. There were burn holes in the bedspread as well. The refrigerator also leaked water all over the floor that night. The front desk was friendly enough, but wouldn’t look for a couple extra pillows for us. I now realize why this motel was way cheaper than the others in the area. Normally my biggest complaint with Motel 6 is that they charge for Wi-Fi, which I feel is assinine, but with this room it was the overwhelming stinch of cigarettes. If you ever have the opportunity to stay here, pass on that.

Most disgusting motel 6 experience EVER pubic hair in sheets. Hair and black mold in the shower. Dead crickets on the floor. Garbage in the drawers. Roughest towels I’ve ever used. Super sketchy people in the parking lot

This place is located in a nice area and the rooms look cute at first, that is where the good rating ends. The front desk girl, Christy, was extremely rude to me and the guests in front of me. She was gossiping the entire time, kept scoffing and rolling her eyes, and talked extremely condescending to me and everyone else. After I told her I was checking in with a reservation, she ignored what I said, and told me they were all booked up. I explained that I had paid for the room a month ago, she then proceeded to help me. I paid for their wifi. When I got to the room, it had dirty«hard wood» flooring which was sticky from the humidity and slippery. The bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioner was horrible and didn’t work. I had to argue with the front desk to get a refund on the wifi which never even loaded google. At 4:15am I had a wake up call which I never asked for and was unable to fall back asleep. There is no insulation between rooms, allowing you to hear even quiet conversations from the neighbors. The shower had horrible water pressure. There was no clock in the room. The rooms are over priced for what this is. You’d be better off staying at one of the other hotels located right next door.

My husband and I stayed here last week on our way to western Iowa. The front desk attendant was friendly and the lobby was clean. Parking lot seemed a little shady. The rooms left quite a bit to be desired. Our room had a haze in it like someone had been smoking quite recently. Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Then the ashes on the toilet confirmed this. There were holes in the sheets and bedspread. It would have been fine for a party room for after game or show, but after driving for 4 hours, I really wanted a nice, comfortable non-stinky room and this really wasn’t it.
